A definite stop for good food. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed. Food is consistent with generous portions. Staff is always polite and friendly. Everything on the menu is delicious.

Stopped in on our way elsewhere. Glad we did! We were greeted and seated quickly at around 2:30 on a Friday afternoon. Cristobal was very nice and on point. Orders taken quickly and food delivered fast and hot. Her chicken soup was hot and delicious with what appeared to be a whole chicken breast in it. My Speedy Gonzalez was very good as well. I've been going to this restaurant since I was a kid! I have memories of an evening at El Agave followed by a trip to the Blockbusters next door, if that gives you any sense of how long this place has been a part of this community. The service is always friendly and quick, and in my opinion, it has remained the best place for Mexican food in town since it opened many years ago.
