Was worst experience ever to date. It has been steadily going down hill and last time we will be going here. Four of us were rushed through at a 100mph with NO ONE behind us at 7pm. Our daughter didn't get all her sides and when we asked how many sides she had in her kids plate we were told, "She got everything" and wouldn't open the top of the plate. We had to ask 3 times for them to finally open the plate to see there were no sides. Only for the staff to be rude and argue with us. They packaged up all our food for us, not even asking if we were eating in our dinning out. Not only did we deal with that, the other two in our group didn't even get to choose all our items for our meal as we were so focused on ensuring our daughter was able to order her meal.

No one in line and when asked to have a minute the lady rolled her eyes and then refused to give my daughter a side with her meal. Way better places in Warrenton that care about serving their customers

Don't waste your time and money here. This location consistently leaves out ingredients. I used to eat here 2-3 times a week and would pay an extra $4.25 for double meat but I would only receive it 50% of the time when using online ordering. Other times they'll leave out the rice or some other random ingredient. If you value convenience of online ordering and getting what you paid for, do NOT order here. Oh and they're extremely stingy with the chips (the bag is always a quarter full).

This location is very stingy on the meat and will charge you more $ to get what other Chipole’s give you for the standard price. The quality of the chicken is poor - I got tendons, slimy skin pieces, and cartilage in my food that was 95 percent brown meat - all for paying extra totaling $19. I call that poor quality and the issue is the management. It’s unhealthy to get other animal body parts in your meal when you are paying for and expecting good quality. Won’t return.

This is a new restaurant in the area and we were excited to give it a try. Sadly it was not at all what we expected. The staff was polite but the food was terrible. The rice was too dry and seemed like maybe made yesterday. Same with the veggies. The atmosphere is very noisy and echoes a high school cafeteria. We won't going back.

I've always liked Chipotle, but post pandemic the quality of the food is poor. Especially the chicken and peppers. The chicken is typically overcooked and very grisly. The sauteed green peppers are ruined by some type of bad seasoning, maybe too much pepper (not sure). I still like the rice and the beans. Ironically, the majority of one star reviews reference a "dirty" restaurant. Compared to any other chain restaurant this one is mostly clean. The real issue is their lack of cooking skills. However, upon returning I noticed the food was far better, no grisly/burned chicken this time. Maybe the owner decided it was time to hire new talent... KUDOS!
Chipotle raised their price 4 times in the mast two years. I’m boycotting them for this.

I used to love Chipotle. It was one of my favorites and I would go there weekly. For whatever reason, this location is always dirty. My food is always cold and I have to reheat it immediately when I get home. Not sure if there is new owners or managers, but it just isn't what it used to be anymore.
