Just ordered tonight for dinner. Ordered online for pick up and just got home and passed out subs and for the second time in a row, they have messed up one of the three subs and gave us someone else's sub instead of ours. They should really start marking the bags so they know what sub is which and to make sure they go to the correct order.

Quite possibly the worst sandwich I've ever ever had. On a "mini" there was about a half cup of mustard, the bread was tough, the jalapeños were woody, and the lettuce was gray green and oxidized.

I know Jersey Mike's is a franchise owned store. I went to the Warrenton, Virginia location. It is currently 7:53 PM as I am writing this message as my family of three walked in to order our dinner at 7:45 pm. We were greeted by the manager who told us that "the lobby closes at 8:30 pm." Typically, when entering this location, we are greeted with "welcome to Jersey Mike's." Not this time. My response to her negative greetings was: "where would you like us to sit?" because all the chairs have been stacked for the night. The Warrenton store closes at 9 PM on Tuesday evenings. Due to the manager's attitude and wanting to close right at 9pm. I felt it was important for my family not to give this manager any more sales and we walked out. The sale you have had would have been #7 giant meal, #13 giant meal and lastly a #17 giant meal.

Great location! I had the classic Italian and it was very good. The staff is very good at the job and efficient with production. It’s great to watch them slicing the meat fresh. Their tea is also good. There is plenty of parking and there are tables for those in a wheelchair. This is a good location in the city and is easy to get into. I recommend this spot for anyone wanting a good sandwich!Vegetarian options: They have a mushroom sub.Dietary restrictions: Tell them what you want.Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Kids like it.Wheelchair accessibility: Tables and a standard door.

Got the Buffalo chicken sub it had so much sauce on it it fall apart and was way to hot to eat.. And employees acted like they didn’t want to wait on us.

I am allergic to Mayo and it was put on my sub and not on my husband's as requested. Also onions and peppers were put on and I had asked for them not to be. Needless to say I didn't have dinner tonight. How hard is it to make a sub with steak, cheese, lettuce and tomato only???
