“Just got a meatball sub, you get 4 small precooked meatballs with little sauce for 17 bucks. I don't need fries or onion rings for free with the meal, just a better sandwich. Asked for extra cheese and that was a joke. Try another spot for a sandwich...

So on 10/8 I decided to go back and give it another shot. This time they did a GREAT job with the sandwich. Just ordered regular cheese this time and there was plenty. I can only assume the first time i tried it they were having an off night. I will go back again after this good visit.“

“Don't go on a Friday night... I think $84 was a lot for 3 pasta dishes, garlic bread (soggy), two soups and a cannoli! Food was not at all hot.... almost cold and we are 15 minutes away. No takeout menus and no prices that you could read in the restaurant. Not impressed.“

Usually place my order online, sometimes I forget, (Brenda, I think a manager) knows me by name and my order, has even brought out to my car when i get there, and assists with other things.
For a pizza place that try’s to keep it cavern like, the location is really clean, and staff is super nice.“

“I love this place! The cinnamon rolls and monkey bread along with suffins. Yum the avocado toasts with different breads and toppings. The salads…EVERYTHING they prepare is fresh and delicious. Though it is often busy and you might need to wait 10 or 15 minutes…it is well worth it. One reason for the wait may be the preparation of specialty drinks including fabulous coffees and teas. A small number of indoor tables fill up quickly and outside seating is comfortable. The staff try very hard to assist every patron.. I LOVE HIDDEN JULES 💕“

“We stopped off here. on a whim because we needed to get some lunch before continuing on our travels back home. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The food was really great. and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. of particular note are the fried balls of rice with meat inside. I may have that incorrect, however it was probably one of the best appetizers I’ve had at an Italian restaurant. It’s very family oriented, with lots of space and tables and chairs. I could easily see this place being crowded during sporting events or weekends.

We sat inside. However, they have plenty of outside seating on a very cozy, beautiful front porch where you can watch the traffic go by and look at the mix of classic downtown architecture and newer modern buildings that attempt to mimic the older architecture so that they fit in more with Main Street.

With that aside, you can tell that the restaurant is family-owned and operated and takes its part in the community very seriously. I did not have an opportunity to hang out at the bar, but it looks like a fun place to watch sports if you are a Washington Capitals or Commanders fan.

If you’re in the area, passing through, or nearby, give this place a shot. I think you will like it.“

“This is the real thing, Virginia. I am a connoisseur of pizza. At most places, I find it lacking, but not at Tony’s. Thin crust, not-too-sweet sauce, lots of garlic and real mozzarella, pies cooked in a real pizza oven, make for great pizza. And like in NY, you can order just a slice. I went in there tonight. no food in the warmer. the kids that work there are sitting on the floor up against the wall doing absolutely nothing. This Manassas location is delivery/carry out only, which was a first (the others have had eat-in). But no worries, we ate in the car and had some for a midnight snack.“
