“Review is for the new PUPATELLA off Slater's Lane in Alexandria VA. It's in my neighborhood so we walked. Noticed limited # spot parking lot, minimal if any street parking. Went on opening day around 1145 am; got seated right away but servers were largely absent throughout stay. Took ~10 min for someone to show up to take our drink order and food order. Seasonal specials on the menu but not actually available to order yet. Went with soft drinks, margarita pizza, and brussels sprouts app. Food was fabulous and served quickly. No server appeared to check on us or to refill drinks; I believe the marketing manager ended up checking on us and helped out. Also no server to bring bill so we closed the tab at their point of sale system. Decor is plain; hopefully they will add some art to the walls at some point. Two unisex bathrooms were clean. Very narrow pathway to get to them past the indoor seating and the bar seating. Large folks and wheelchairs will struggle to navigate to the bathrooms. The usable space inside the narrow building is limited so not sure if this is a fixable issue. Patio seating is a mix of low tables and high tables/chairs, assortment of non-adjustable small umbrellas to block sun, looked like they could be moved around. Clearly dog-friendly, I saw at least three water bowls in use or available to use. Saw a lot of vehicle traffic on Slater's, but did not hear the traffic on Slater's or the GW parkway. Most tables inside and out were occupied; the music over the speakers and the ambient patron noise was loud enough to drown out traffic. There is an access road and line of trees between the restaurant and GW parkway which helps to minimize the traffic view. Food was worth another visit, though you should give them time to upskill their servers and perhaps hire more servers. Given the parking issue and the limited seating inside and out, I suspect this location is more suited for walking locals and carry-out than travelling diners. This location isn't really suited to be a destination dining experience.“

“Such an amazing hidden gem! Hashtag Gyro & Subs has quickly become one of my favorite food spots. Everything is always fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The gyro meat is seasoned so well, the subs are packed with flavor, and the portions are more than worth it.

“As a critic who professionally rates places I came here to relax after a long day. The atmosphere is very relaxing inside the building and my whole experience was very easy going. I had talked to a employee named “David” over the phone and he had made the process of ordering very easy. When I asked for specials he informed me of them right away.

“This restaurant is definitely the best-kept secret in Woodbridge! We came once, and have never stopped coming. I came with a friend, and returned with my sons, and came back with my niece. I have eaten many South Asian cuisines, and none compares to this one. I can eat here all week and come back for the weekend. It's hard to decide on the best-tasting food here. The Rice Briyani is the best I've ever had anywhere. The lamb curry is so yummy! The chic peas are unbelievable delicious - melts in your mouth, we had to order extra to go after eating in! If you try the crab balls, you won't stop eating it. And the somosas - wow! Not to talk about the hot-fresh and fluffy naan! The menu is vast, and it doesn't matter what you order, it's finger-licking delicious. Plus the price is great, and the service wonderful! Well, you're gunna looooove Graffiti Cat Pizza! Here's my review of the place. 📍 Located as a pop-up shop inside Potomac Chocolate, your taste buds are in for a "purr-fect" treat with their pizza options and sourdough crusts. They are open Friday afternoons and all day "Caturday", I mean, Saturdays! You can find their calendar on their website to make sure they are open when you plan to go. 🍕 We went there and played it safe with a traditional cheese pizza (which was pipin' hot and made-to-order) and finished it off with some chocolate chip gelato that even my teenage son (who only grunts at me) said, and I quote, "Wow, this is good". (haven't heard that many words from him all year combined)! 🪑 They do have out-door seating with a picnic table on their front porch, as well as two very comfy rocking chairs and a small table which we were able to snag. They also have a bench down by the walkway and tables and chairs along the side of the building by the cat. It's not wheelchair accessible so those with strollers or the like might need some help getting into the building. 💲 The cheese pizza ran us $13 and is a perfect size for 1 person or two if you aren't super hungry. The small gelato was $6 and the cans of coke (I'll be honest, I can't remember the price) but I was grateful for the option to order. 🚘 Parking is street parking and it's pretty easy to find a spot. If you don't like to be on the street, there is a parking lot under the bridge with plenty of parking and a short walk to main street. No need to bring change as parking is free- just double check the signs before you park so you don't get a ticket. Now, wait a "meow-ment". You might be "purr-plexed" as to where the name, Graffiti Cat, came from and let me tell ya, it comes from the actual graffiti on the side of the adjacent building done by *maybe* Banksy (you can find the Instagram account dedicated to the graffiti here: @ocqgraffiticat).“

“Went to this location yesterday evening around 530pm with a couple of friends. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and how amazing they were. We had two gluten free orders and one regular and the attention to the cross contamination protocol was outstanding. All the staff were friendly and attentive and I can’t say I’ve ever had a better experience anywhere.

“I typically do not leave reviews for restaurants because usually as soon as I do, I am proven wrong and the food, service, or both go to crap, but I have been to this Mod location enough to be confident that will not happen here. So, here it goes. My family and I live in Fredericksburg and sadly do not have a Mod near us, so must venture sometimes over an hour away (depending on traffic) to go to Mod. The drive is always worth it! I can only speak to this location, but Mod’s quality of food and service is outstanding. We have been to this location on multiple occasions (it is our go-to spot when we’re up north) and the customer service has been outstanding every time. I do not usually tip at places like this, but here I do because I want the staff to know I see how kind and accommodating they are. And the PIZZA!! My mouth is already watering just writing this review. It is so delicious! It’s like a subway for pizzas but with better food! These guys cook the pizzas to perfection which is what makes this place my favorite! The crust is always perfectly crisp and delicious and the toppings are of good quality. If you like a fluffy crust, just get the thicker dough. I do think Mod is a bit pricey, but we are a pizza family, so for us it’s worth it, especially considering how we all get our own custom pizzas that we usually get to take home as leftovers. I really do not think you will be disappointed! Give this place a try!“

My 3 year old always comes with and has a handful of monster trucks each and every time. One of them went under the giant drink fridge. He was devastated!
