Spencer deserves a special shoutout for the incredible job he does managing Monza. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine respect for people really show. He creates an environment that feels welcoming, positive, and well-run. Great service and atmosphere don’t happen by accident, and Spencer clearly plays a huge part in making Monza such a great experience. He’s a real asset to the restaurant!
