Spencer deserves a special shoutout for the incredible job he does managing Monza. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine respect for people really show. He creates an environment that feels welcoming, positive, and well-run. Great service and atmosphere don’t happen by accident, and Spencer clearly plays a huge part in making Monza such a great experience. He’s a real asset to the restaurant!
Just had dinner there tonight with my cousin and his wife. It was great! Good food and drinks, chill atmosphere. We had ample to enjoy appetizers and drinks and chat before the main course was brought out. That, to me, is ideal. Our waiter was new, but very nice and provided excellent service.
The food was very good, even if not particularly to my taste. A lot of cheese, though. The service was amazing, all the staff is very friendly and feel genuine. While they have the music quite loud, its relatively peaceful and generally nice to sit in.
