“We stopped by this modest storefront in a strip mall. The location had been recommended to us from a friend that had first eaten there a few weeks earlier. We decided to drop by for a meal on a Sunday afternoon. We found a wonderful Italian restaurant that was intriguingly busy on a Sunday afternoon. My wife had the salmon and I had the steak special. Both dishes were cooked immediately about 10 feet from us and served steaming hot. Both were deemed very well plated, flavorful and precisely cooked. When we come next, I'll dress a little better. The chef deserves it.“
“This is my second time here and each time has been exceptional.Christie was our waiter and she was so lovely! As I am writing this review, it is Ramadan and her and the owner were very accommodating, such as making sure we had dates to break our fast, making sure a dish is halal, and asking if we are comfortable with food coming out before it is time to break our fast.Love this place and the interior is nice as well. Highly recommend!“
“This is the best pizza and Italian place around with reasonable prices! I cannot believe how great a slice of plain cheese pizza is here. Only costs $3.50, is a huge slice....looks like a quarter of a large....and is simply the best. There are too many other great tasting options in slices to mention...also all the other great food they have will satisfy.....huge menu......real italian....never been disappointed here in taste or price!“
“My wife and I came in to celebrate our anniversary, we were given a complementary glass of sparkling wine. The serving staff worked as a team, while our waiter took the order and would check up on us, other members were refilling the water glass, and bringing out out food. Was a little delayed between courses but nothing unreasonable, and we were not in a hurry. The food, the wine, the service, all were top notch!“
“Been going here for 15+yrs. Great sammies! My favs: Super Big A, Spicy Italian and the Crazy Italian. The bread is crusty and chewy. Lots of fillings. Good choice of chip/sodas. Lots of sides to choose from. Never been to the one in Ffx, might need to try it out.“
“Our server was Renee and she was incredibly personable, she literally pulled us off the street, as we were looking at the menu that was just outside of the restaurant! So happy that she did, as our lunch was delicious! She was a lot of fun which always adds to the experience of eating out!“
“Great food and good people. The steak and cheese are great. Lots of meat and cooked perfectly. Pizzas are also great as well good dough nice sauce with good flavor base and the toppings are flavorful and plenty. Service has always been fast and friendly.“
“First time there. I was warmly greeted by the female employee behind the counter. I ordered a pizza . Everything was nicely packaged for carryout. All the food was delicious! I especially liked that bacon . Also the interior of the restaurant was really nice at this location.“
“I'm normally highly pleased with this particular Olive Garden, but this most recent visit was a little below the normal level of quality I'm used to expecting. Granted, it was during a slow time of the day, but the service was on the slow side and they also ran out of my favorite soup. Hopefully our next visit will find them back to their usual level.“
“This is definitely one of our preferred spots in Manassas for quality fast food, although it's primarily a takeout establishment. While they do have a small indoor seating area with a table and a few chairs, I wouldn't suggest dining in. Nonetheless, their food is fantastic, especially their top-notch French fries and cheesesteaks.Dietary restrictions: Halal food.“
“I had not been to a Joe’s Pizza in many years… Having grown up in PWC, I was familiar with them and their famous Hot Hippie Rolls, as well as their famous Zep subs. So, when in Manassas recently and near one, I stopped in for a hippie roll.I didn’t see it on the menu, but I asked the guy if they still sold the Hot Hippie Roll and he said yes. Basically, he made a fresh mild sausage roll. But it was still very tasty and piping hot and fresh too! It’s a nice, portable meal as it comes wrapped in aluminum foil, you just unwrap the portion you want to bite and hold the rest in the foil. It came with a nice and tasty marinara too. This particular Joe’s is in the “hood” part of Manassas, but he was friendly and the food was decent. It’s definitely a much different vibe than the original style of Joe’s though, as this was a combination Mexican bakery too – odd… But what I got was good.“
“Il Faro is a very good restaurant. I love the Chicken Marsala here. Extremely tasty. A different spin on it as they don't use spaghetti as the pasta. The chef uses penne pasta and it absorbs the flavors of the sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach and the organic chicken well. The chicken is extremely tender and the chef consistently delivers this dish in the three times we have been here since they took over after Mama Mias closed. I also want to note they do the appetizers well. We enjoy the mozzarella sticks and the meatballs. You can tell the mozzarella is fresh since it doesn't have that frozen taste and the sauce to dip in is very tasteful. As for the meatballs, they are beef based but the chef adds a great flavor of the tomato sauce and mozzarella and they add delightful bread to soak up the remaining sauce and cheese after you enjoy the meatballs. The pizza is a thin crust cooked toward the under side so no browning on the cheese. It is a NY pizza in the finest of traditions. You will enjoy it. Service is top notch. I mean 100%. We go in and we are 100% satisfied with the service. Waitress is efficient, smart and completely interested in making sure you have a great dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.“
