Hot fresh deliciousness with strawberry banana & cheesecake milkshakes and very well priced. My family of four ate good good for only $20 !!! No burger spot in Manassas Park, Manassas, Gainesville Woodbridge Fairfax etc. can match Cook Out’s flavor or prices. Lawd , it’s the milkshakes for me?
If you can’t find the milkshake you crave at CookOut Olive Branch, you didn’t look at the menu well. They have so many options! I settled on the cheesecake shake; so delicious! 😋 Cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back to try another flavor.
This place is cool and all, but the bathroom was trash. I will say though. You have GOT to try the coleslaw here. Top notch, would do it again.

These milkshakes are amazing, offered in 40 flavors, and flavored with real ingredients, such as the banana pudding shake with bananas and nilla wafers. The prices are unbeatable, making it a popular choice. While the crew works hard and remains awesome even during busy times, customers are encouraged to check their orders before leaving, as mistakes can happen. Despite some issues with orders, the food remains great at a good price, and many wonder why they did not visit sooner.
