They will treat you better then the McDonald's across the street. Manager at McDonald's would argue with you even if your order was made wrong. The staff here is very nice.
Placed a drive thru order. On the menu was a mushroom burger, and I asked for it. Employee said they didn't serve it anymore, ask for chicken fries, they didn't have those either. The quality of BK has really gone downhill over the years. Used to be one of favs fast food stores.
