We went into the restaurant and ordered the 2 for 12$. Both my son and I emphasized it. I ordered the fish sandwich and my son ordered a different one. Then the person who took the order said we wanted 2 fish sandwiches and we said no and restated what we said before. The book came out to be way over what it should have been so we mentioned that to her. The lady was then very rude and said if we'd ordered the 2 for 12 to begin with she wouldn't have to get the order changed and constantly contradicted us. Overall the service was extremely lousy and the manager on duty wasn't helpful either. We ended up getting our meal but were charged for medium fries that we didn't order. Then she never called our order number when the food was ready but just made eye contact and pointed to us. Management better do something about this asap or you'll be losing business.Other than that the food was good and so was the atmosphere.
Well business as usual for this location . I did have to come back in because my order was completely jacked up they gave me the opioid everything I asked

They will treat you better then the McDonald's across the street. Manager at McDonald's would argue with you even if your order was made wrong. The staff here is very nice.

Absolutely terrible customer service from the drive thru person taking orders today around 4pm. Wouldn’t let us finish and repeat the order even though she messed it up. Walked away with an attitude while we were trying to talk to get the order right. Just terrible customer service.

Every time I have placed an online order, it is wrong when I pick it up and I hav to go inside to get it fixed. Staff is occasionally rude. I typically go to BK for an impossible burger and this is the closest to me. Now I prefer to drive further and go to a different BK, this place is terrible. Parking lot is full of potholes and the drive through is a waste of time.
