Love Corsica so much! Joe is the perfect bartender great mix of pleasant personality, sense of humor and comfortability behind the bar. Very easy vibe and amazing drinks and food. Nicolas is the sweetest server with such positive energy. One of the best additions to RTC in a long time. Bolognese, lemon bucatini, mushrooms, meatballs and arancini are favorites. The frozen Citron Sunrise does the trick on a hot summer day.
Overall a good experience here. The food and wine are delicious and both have a good variety. The service was fine, but I’m giving four stars based on their happy hour menu. The venue is primarily wine and tapas focused and the happy hour just didn’t land. The happy hour focuses on cocktails and there are an abundance of small plates to choose from during regular hours but unfortunately during happy hour there are only three food options. Our server, Tommy, was very welcoming and accommodating after our service was a bit slower than expected. The manager, Josue, also came to talk to us and made sure we were well taken care of. All the small plates were amazing, and we plan on going back again.

Overall, Corsica provides outstanding food, great cocktails, and a personable staff, making it a must-visit for a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience.
