Our server was attentive and friendly. The salmon was delicious, the Wagyu burger as well. The wings were flavorful but not overwhelmingly hot. But the highlight were the French fries. Probably the best we’ve had.“

“Paul was a spectacular server! We never wanted for anything he hadn't already provided. He paced our meal well and was extremely attentive. The chicken and the steak with shrimp were both very tasty and exactly as we expected. The restaurant made us feel special for our 31st anniversary with a decorated table that they had prepared in advance. Thank you for that and not blinking when we showed up as a male couple :-)“

“I wanted to say that I have been several times over the years. Although things are a little pricey they are always well done and delicious. In addition, I wanted to give a special shout out to Nicki who is a ray of sunshine and always goes the extra mile to ensure that customers are taken care of. To finish, the lavender lattes are a particular favorite of mine and the tempura crab cakes I had most recently were really divine. 4.75 stars“

“Adrian is the absolute best bartender Ingle Korean steakhouse can have. He was so respectful but yet so chill. I was able to enjoy my night out. This is my first time here and he recommended me the Galbi fried rice. Which didn’t disappoint. Shout out to the chefs in the back! Enjoyed the meal and the service I’ve had tonight. “Great beers and delicious locally sourced foods“

“Was looking forward to trying The Wine House. Read great reviews and Restaurant Week seemed a good way to sample the menu. We were pleasantly greeted by the hostess. The place is cute and casual, tho the food more upscale. Our food was very good, tho my spouse thought the lamb shank was dry. The chicken piccata was a different presentation - whole chicken breast in more of a light creamy sauce. Both entrees would have benefitted from a touch of salt. Our appetizers and desserts were very good.
Despite reading many reviews about great customer service and education about wine pairings and such, we received none of that. Our server was more going through the motions, offered no explanations when we said it was our first time here, no wine or food recommendations. He seemed rather distracted. The table next to us received the wrong bill.
Maybe our expectations were too high for a more engaging experience.
Still worth trying the place out.“

“Simply the best hotel I ever stayed“

“We stay at this Ritz-Carlton location from time to time, and Entyse is a focal point of those visits. It’s an all-day operation, and indeed the only dining option on-property. The bartenders and wait staff are highly attentive, personable, and quick to remember your preferences. There’s usually a decent crowd, and on weekends there’s live music ranging from jazz piano to a classic hits band.

While it is definitely a lounge first and a restaurant second, there is a decently extensive menu for each breakfast, lunch and dinner with a number of tempting options. There’s also a bar menu that’s served all day and until midnight daily, which is a godsend for the weary traveler arriving late in the evening.

So many places close early in this post-Covid era that it’s great to see a proper hotel bar open late nightly.

Oh, and if you’re a wine person like I am, you’ll certainly enjoy the 25+ options offered by the glass. Although we are guests of the hotel, it’s easy to see why so many locals frequent this lounge too.“

The restaurant interior was nice and clean. The layout was less than ideal. Traveling to bathroom takes you past a semi open kitchen. Just odd.“

“My sister booked a private room to celebrate my birthday with 11 friends and family and the whole experience was Exceptional right from the Customer Service personnel who took the booking, the Manager, Service staff and our Excellent Waiter Jose Amaya.

“stopped by here for lunch since i drive by all the time. i was highly impressed. it’s a small shop but the food it’s incredible. i think it was the owner who helped me out he was very friendly and made everyone coming in smile and laugh.

now for the food: i got the reuben and it honestly was the best one ive ever had. the bread was soft while the edges were crisp. and it had alotttt of filling. it was a messy sandwich but i’d get it again and again. also got a side of fries and putting the fries inside the sandwich was honestly really good too.
the desserts looked really good so i couldn’t resist i ended up getting a hazelnut mouse. oh my god. it was really good it reminded me of a ferrero rocher but it wasn’t crunchy it was incredibly smooth and silky.
the verdict is i highly recommend this spot, they also have wine to sip and non alcoholic drinks as well. i definitely will be coming back soon for another lunch.“

“This place was incredible. The service was excellent and everyone was super friendly. The servers were knowledgeable about the food and the drinks and were able to make recommendations when asked for them. On top of the food, we tried 3 different alcoholic beverages, their seasonal white, a sparkling rose, and limoncello. Each was incredible and paired great with the food. The entrees were really flavorful and unique and the desserts were perfectly balanced. Special shoutout to our waiter Angel for being incredbly kind and friendly! He really made our experience better.“

“From start to finish, the service was top tier! We celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary at 801 and it did not disappoint. Upon arrival, the hostess greeted us with a smile and acknowledged our anniversary. The table included confetti and a menu signed by the staff acknowledging our anniversary which was a special touch! Our waitress Susie provided AMAZING service was well versed in regard to the menu. I highly recommend the Brussel sprouts, oysters and halibut. My husband enjoyed his steak as well. “After many fabulous visits to this Ruth's Chris, the restaurant seemed to have an off night last evening. In addition to the corporate Tastemaker Dinner, there were several other private dining events competing for the kitchen. The result was steak that did not have that Ruth's Chris sizzle. Plate was hot; steak was not. Other than that, service was impeccable as always, and the wines (and the wine rep) were great! The only other comment concerns the recent renovations, which removed the drapes from the windows in the room where the wine dinner is held and replaced the drapes with material that allowed the sun to shine in people's faces. It was uncomfortable for those facing the windows until the sun got lower.“

We are big eaters and could not finish our salads and soup, steak, or desserts! My husband highly recommends the French onion soup, Mac and cheese, and Brussels sprouts. “We came in for the Sunday happy hour 4-6 P.M. Ordered the fillet sandwich, which was amazing. The meat was tender, cooked perfectly on garlic bread, highly recommend and then we had the carrot cake which was the best carrot cake I’ve literally ever had in my entire life. It was so good. I would come back just for the carrot cake. I’m still thinking about the carrot cake. I wish I could have that carrot cake every day. If they ever need someone to talk about their carrot cake I’m your person, highly recommend that carrot cake.“
