Upon arrival, the hostess greeted us with a smile and acknowledged our anniversary. The table included confetti and a menu signed by the staff acknowledging our anniversary which was a special touch! Our waitress Susie provided AMAZING service was well versed in regard to the menu. I highly recommend the Brussel sprouts, oysters and halibut. My husband enjoyed his steak as well. “We stay at this Ritz-Carlton location from time to time, and Entyse is a focal point of those visits. It’s an all-day operation, and indeed the only dining option on-property. The bartenders and wait staff are highly attentive, personable, and quick to remember your preferences. There’s usually a decent crowd, and on weekends there’s live music ranging from jazz piano to a classic hits band.

While it is definitely a lounge first and a restaurant second, there is a decently extensive menu for each breakfast, lunch and dinner with a number of tempting options. There’s also a bar menu that’s served all day and until midnight daily, which is a godsend for the weary traveler arriving late in the evening.

So many places close early in this post-Covid era that it’s great to see a proper hotel bar open late nightly.

Oh, and if you’re a wine person like I am, you’ll certainly enjoy the 25+ options offered by the glass. Although we are guests of the hotel, it’s easy to see why so many locals frequent this lounge too.“

“Cafe Colline is spectacular. I had a toddler with me, was dressed in an adidas track suit, and wanted real food as we waited for someone working in the area. Most of the customers were much better dressed and without a child. Nothing wrong with this, just painting the picture. The staff could not have been nicer and more professional. We were greeted with open arms, sat immediately, and served with absolute professionalism. My food (the fish) was so good I considered licking the plate. They don’t necessarily have a kid’s menu but offered numerous things to make a toddler. I went with the burger and fries. They complimented this with numerous dipping sauces and made the burger to order. The charge was minimal and fair. I always clean up after him as toddlers can be messy and they insisted on letting them clean up (I did it anyway). Restrooms were spotless and the kitchen area you pass was very clean and well organized. It’s a small spot full of big talent. This will be a regular for us. A must dine.“

“Staff always takes very good care of me when I have my meetings and they always enable me to sit at my favorite table for meetings, which is in a very quiet part of the restaurant. The food is normally outstanding. I was just a little disappointed by the crabcake sandwich that didn't seem like it had actually been cooked. “stopped by here for lunch since i drive by all the time. i was highly impressed. it’s a small shop but the food it’s incredible. i think it was the owner who helped me out he was very friendly and made everyone coming in smile and laugh.

now for the food: i got the reuben and it honestly was the best one ive ever had. the bread was soft while the edges were crisp. and it had alotttt of filling. it was a messy sandwich but i’d get it again and again. also got a side of fries and putting the fries inside the sandwich was honestly really good too.
the desserts looked really good so i couldn’t resist i ended up getting a hazelnut mouse. oh my god. it was really good it reminded me of a ferrero rocher but it wasn’t crunchy it was incredibly smooth and silky.
the verdict is i highly recommend this spot, they also have wine to sip and non alcoholic drinks as well. i definitely will be coming back soon for another lunch.“

The servers were knowledgeable about the food and the drinks and were able to make recommendations when asked for them. On top of the food, we tried 3 different alcoholic beverages, their seasonal white, a sparkling rose, and limoncello. Each was incredible and paired great with the food. The entrees were really flavorful and unique and the desserts were perfectly balanced. Special shoutout to our waiter Angel for being incredbly kind and friendly! “I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and authenticity of some of the classic dimsum dishes such as the shrimp dumpling and charngfun. We ordered about 25 small plates between 3 people (including desert) and we were stuffed! Some items tasted a bit too experimental and did not satisfy the classic Cantonese flavor profile that I’m used to. Some were really good! I grew up eating authentic Cantonese dim sum in Los Angeles and have tried amazing eating dim sum in Hong Kong and Guangzhou. In the DMV area, we have limited dim sum options - so this place will do when I crave dim sum! The service and atmosphere were really nice. Total rating is 4.5 stars.“

My stomach hurts because I should have tapped out 15 minutes ago but the food was too good to stop. I'd recommend the Leviathan wine and tomahawk steak. We are big eaters and could not finish our salads and soup, steak, or desserts! My husband highly recommends the French onion soup, Mac and cheese, and Brussels sprouts. Overall the service, ambiance, food, and staff were wayyyyyy more than we expected. We look forward to patronizing this location again. I wish I had pics, but we ate too fast.“
