Haven't had a bad meal yet here and have been frequenting since Chang opened this one up. Start every meal with dry fried eggplant and go from there!
Perfect evening dining outside. Sangria was ohlala. Outside was nice and quiet.

Q by Peter Chang is a restaurant that serves authentic, spicy Chinese food in Bethesda. While the dishes can be pricey, the quality of the food is generally high. The Peking Duck is a highlight, and other popular dishes include the Chinese Yam and Cabbage in Dry Pot and the Peppercorn Sour Cabbage Fish Stew. The Szechuan-style dishes are a highlight, sweet and spicy in just the right way. The dim sum is outstanding, fresh, flavorful, and artfully presented. The all-you-can-eat brunch menu has a wide variety of dishes to try, including flavorful and well-prepared herb fish spring rolls and sweet osmanthus rice wine tangyuan. The service is attentive and warm, and the large open space is easily walkable from Bethesda Metro.
