I have not gone to Cooper's Hawk and sat in the main dining room area for quite a while. Normally I sit in the bar area because of the service and ambience. But Matthew has changed my whole outlook on going back to the dining area. Well, he was so attentive and helpful during my time at Cooper's Hawk. We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant some time ago to commemorate a special occasion. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, which exceeded our expectations, and we appreciated the recommended wine that paired well with the food. Even the dessert was delicious, especially S'more Budino, which was outstanding.
