“First Time Dining- here tonight best authentic indian food I have eaten in all my 20 plus years in USA! I lived in NYC and Jackson Heights don’t make food this way . Waitresses are very friendly and welcoming! Keep up the GREAT AUTHENTIC TASTE of India ???“
“We’ve been here several times and this place consistently delivers on taste, quality and service. The owner is extremely humble and the food is very authentic. We’ve tried paranthas, aloo poori, most of their egg dishes and street food. I highly recommend this place for all your Indian food cravings!“
“If you walk into a famous restaurant, you tend to like the food anyway! If you walk into a restautant that is not at a very upmarket location, you expect it to be an average restaurant too. But, this restaurant is a hidden gem! At the first look at the menu, it appears that items have been given fancy names to fetch higher prices. But when you eat the food, you will find that it is a class apart! You get a dining experience. The staff is courteous, and friendly. The tables are far apart enough to give you privacy. They have a good selection of non-veg items (but I am a vegatarian). Among vegetarian items, you don't find the usual permutations of limited items - the dishes are unique! The dishes are served just at the right temparature. The gravey is so well made that it tastes homegenous- you can't tell spices separately. The serving size is enough for one person. We tried a couple of paneer dishes - they use homemade paneer, and it just melts in the mouth!Just like other places where it is hard to find entrees without onion-garlic, the chef made Paneer butter-masala for me. Because this is what I usually get wherever I go, I can say that it was the best I have eaten anywhere! The food is worth every dollar you spend. I think they will become the best restaurant in the subarban DC.Vegetarian options: There are a few Panner items, dal fry but not usual permuatations of paneer, gobi, matar, and aloo! Very well made and served.“

“One of those places where i have felt warmth and kindness. The owner Uday bhai is so sweet and the same love is felt with every bite of the yummiest biryani he makes and they are definitely one of the best in VA area .We are a biryani loving family and Biryani Bites is our new go to place for Chicken Dum Biryani or chicken keema biryani. Also enjoy their lollipop chicken which is yum yum yum.Uday Bhais cutting chai and samosa reminds me of India and how we would sit around friends and do gupshup. No picture ? try their biryani to believe why we could not wait for even a second to get a picture clicked ?Pro tip : Ask for their amazing extra Salan as that is not like the traditional salans but a unique one and enhances the biryani to next level.“
“The unique taste of each pizza really lifts this place above the rest. Anything I can get at Pizza Hut, Papa John's, or Domino's just can't compare. The only bad thing I could say is the food is a bit pricey but as a nice splurge this is what I'd expect from a specialty pizza place. I wish all the best to these guys!“
“I looove Indian food and all I can say about this place is Authentic and delicious! They have a variety of egg centered street food dishes (their speciality) and of course mouthwatering curries. This gave me the perfect fix for my craving, I was thoroughly impressed! Everything that my friend and I tried on the menu was so flavorful, fresh and tasted really good!I love spicy food but I know not everyone can handle it so I love how you can choose your heat flavor for some of their menu items. Each entree came with naan bread and we got a side of rice. These are some of the things we had from the menu.Chicken Butter MasalaBoneless chicken cooked in a creamy onion-based gravyChicken KadaiBoneless chicken cooked in a creamy gravy with onions & peppersSurti GotaloShredded hard boiled eggs mixed with sunny side up in our special house spicesDrinks:Mango LassiDesi ChaiThe entree portion sizes were pretty big, we had enough to take home and enjoy for dinner as well. The food comes in plastic containers which have lids incase you don’t finish the food but in the restaurant for dine in they offer paper plates for easy disposal. The staff was really accommodating as they explained each of the menu items to us very clearly and also suggested great drinks. The restaurant does have seating they have a few booths and also tables for two.I’m not sure if they have restrooms as I didn’t go to the back. They are located in a shopping plaza so there is a lot of free parking available.I would definitely go back!Vegetarian options: They have a large selection of vegetables and egg themed dishes which would appeal to vegetarians. I love how they can also choose different heat levels“
“Here you feel like home!!! It's an amazing place with great food and it has that authentic Indian taste to the chat and the milk tea is super awesome. Rates are pretty decent and the place is super clean..loved it !!Parking: A lot of parking space is available“
“The food was delicious, especially the butter chicken and goat masala. The service was excellent, and the dessert was a nice way to end the meal. The restaurant had a clean and cozy atmosphere, which added to the overall enjoyment of the dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for great Indian cuisine in a welcoming environment“
“I’m a punjabi and have tried so many different punjabi style pizza places, including india and canada. pizza twist’s achaari paneer pizza is hands down the best food i’ve ever eaten in my life. managers are also very humble and help out the gurudwaras nearby. they’ll always have my business!!“
“The place is in a gas station mini mart. You order online or in person, pay at the counter and wait. Portions are small but the taste is home made. It’s not over spiced, it is typical Punjabi style food. Personally it missed because it wasn’t hot (pepper wise) enough. But the taste is really like homemade Indian food.No pictures because we got it to go. Essentially no place to eat.Definitely will get this again but will ask for an increased heat level, or just add some heat at home.Samosa chat: niceButter Chicken: sweeter than expectedLamb curry: tender chunks and sauce is spot on!Shahi paneer: again a little sweet, same as butter chickenDal Makni: just like home!It is a little expensive for the amount of food you get.“
“This was a true miracle of a find. I knew I was in the right place seeing so many Indian people in the parking lot. The food is unbelievable and delicious. They take special care to create an mazing experience for every customer. If you're looking for a delicious authentic Indian food, this is a spot you cannot afford to miss.“
“Both the service and cuisine were very delicious. This is a small family run business seems very far to table very homemade style authentic dishes that are meant to make you feel at home I would highly recommend what’s 12 out of 10 is the caramel ice cream even if you’re not a big dessert person you must try it’s made in house. It is AMAZING. I simply would just go back for the dessert and the service.“
“The food was high quality and tasted amazing. The thing that set my experience apart was the customer service. There was a mistake with one of our orders that caused it to take longer than usual. The manager came over to explain and apologize and gave us an order of another dish to eat while we waited. We will be coming back many more times! The value for the quantity and quality of the food was also very good. Highly recommend checking this place out!“
“Excellent Indian Tea available Only hereAll foods excellent and really good serviceOnly very limited time available in MorningExpect tea available since 9 AMI Really enjoyed delicious food, except buffet to start.Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggies available and India tea as well“
“The food was amazing. We went as a large group and the service was fast. One suggestion is to improve the cleanliness of the restaurant. I saw a bug crawling on the table.Food - We ordered veg snack platter, kadhai paneer, bhindi masala, bread basket. Everything was perfect. The piping hot garlic naan was delicious.“
“I recently visited Benares Xpress with about 13 friends and I have to say, it was an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance of the restaurant was perfect, with a blend of traditional and modern decor, creating a comfortable and inviting space. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff who were always ready to assist us with our needs. They were knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Now, let's talk about the food. We started with some appetizers, including the Hariyali chicken tikka, Malai Chaap and Gobi 65. All dishes were bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The chicken was tender and juicy, while the gobi had a nice crunch to it. We couldn't stop raving about these appetizers. For our main dishes, we tried the Rajasthani Junglie Maas and Dhaba Wala Murgh. Both dishes were exceptional. The Rajasthani Junglie Maas had a perfect balance of spices and the meat was cooked to perfection. The Dhaba Wala Murgh was equally delicious, with tender chicken in a rich and flavorful gravy. We also ordered some naan and rice to accompany our dishes, and they were the perfect accompaniment. To wash down our meal, we ordered some cocktails and I have to say, the Mumbai Mule was one of the best cocktails I have ever had. It had the perfect blend of flavors, with just the right amount of flavor. And the copper frozen vessel it is served in puts it over the top. It was refreshing and went perfectly with our meal.Overall, our dining experience at this Indian restaurant was fantastic. The ambiance, service, food, and drinks were all top-notch. The appetizers were amazing, the main dishes were fantastic, and the Mumbai Mule cocktail is a must-try. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great Indian dining experience. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes from their menu.“
“Impressive food place in Ashburn… food is excellent and the atmosphere is really great only issue is parking .. hope the management reserves some spots for there clientele…. If you are a foodie try them out…Parking: Please have some spots“
“I had an amazing both lunch as well as dining experience at Banjara! From the impeccable service to the delicious food and inviting ambiance, every moment spent there was truly enjoyable. Highly recommend for a memorable dinner with friends or colleagues!!Achari Soya Chaap and Lahsooni Chicken is a must.“
“We have been here couple of times. It is an amazing place for Pizza. Specially the Paneer options. One of best place to have Indian style pizza. Will definitely recommend a must visit.Vegetarian options: Pizza - Paneer options and even macnchurian pizza.“
“Tried bombay bites for the first time. Food was very good and looked fresh to me. The price was very reasonable at this current inflated market and compared to other restaurants. This desi restaurant deserves more promotion across all DMV areas. I would surely recommend to anyone.“
“A good place to have some Malaysian food in Centreville, Virginia. The service was good and the food was great. No regrets on either point.Of course like any other Malaysian restaurant, we had to order Roti Canai from the appetizer menu and it was amazing. My son just loved the hot, fresh, flaky roti that he asked to order more. We also ordered Chicken Satay which was nice, juicy and flavorful. For the main course, we ordered Malaysian style fried rice which is a combination of chicken, shrimp and tofu as well and comes with pan fried egg on top. Definitely worth it. We also ordered Beef Rendang and Nyonya curry fish fillet. Fish was good but the curry was a little on the saltier and sour side. Believe it might have been tamarind or something similar to give that sour taste. Beef Rendang definitely was on the top with Roti Canai. Tender pieces of beef in a spicy curry. A must try.The prices were reasonable not extravagant like we see nowadays and the quantity was good for the price.Anyone looking for a Malaysian restaurant which is not too fancy, not expensive but has good service and good food, check this one out.Parking: Plenty of parking in the shopping plaza.Kid-friendliness: There were families with the kids and the kids seem to be enjoying their time.My kids are a little older but they enjoyed the food especially Roti Canai.“
“Ordered the spicy chili chicken bowl which was bright, fresh, and full of amazing flavors, also ordered the garlic naan which was fresh The extreme overall great tasting. Staff was friendly restaurant was clean. Don’t think you could ask for too much more.“
“Amazing food. Had visited for Buffet on Sunday and they had a variety of options for both veg and non veg options. they also had complimentary tea and lemonade with buffet. The buffet was reasonably priced at $20 a person. The staff was also polite.“
“Celebrated a birthday party. Owner was so kind and nice in helping with all our requests. They have music system and disco lights for a perfect dance party. Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Nice indian decor. Great place for birthday parties.“
“My family ate here today and the food and service were wonderful. We had several of the grilled entree combos, keema naan, and a paratha roll. The tortilla the roll was on was a perfect consistency and buttery taste. While my kids did not care for the keema naan, I absolutely loved it. Food quality and quantity of the grilled meals was excellent.“
“Diya Bistro is the best Indian restaurant in this area. I came across this restaurant because they had a pop up restaurant at my office. Every dish is amazing, but I highly recommend the Dahl, spinach curry, and spicy chicken curry. Every dish is prepared healthy, and the owners/staffs always greet the patrons with heartwarming smiles. Always a delightful experience.“
“The Indian buffet here is amazing. I really like the butter chicken, tandoori chicken, goat curry, fish fry, and the veggie cutlets from here. The lassi and naans are also really delicious. It can get a little crowded here sometimes, especially since the buffet is only available on weekends, so you may need to wake in line. The owner is always there to greet us as we come in.“
“Great Punjabi northern style food! I had chicken curry peshawari channa and Palak also had briyani. Above all very courteous owner and the kitchen n service staff. This is easily one of the best foods I had in a long time. If you are in the area do try you will be delighted.“
“An appealing ambience, with ample seating. A change from the stereotypical decorations and lights so dim, you need a flashlight to read the menu. Luckily, a menu is not needed here as they have prix fixe offerings. On the night we dined here, they had a Delhi-style thali. Service was excellent. Wear your comfy pants, because the food keeps coming! Overall a really fun experience and the food was very well done too. My favorite was the bhindi sabzi.“
“This was my first time visiting this location (in person). I feel like I may have ordered from them via Uber Eats before (I cannot confirm nor deny this..). It almost next door to Lotte, so figured why not check it out. Staff was very friendly/accommodating.They have SO MANY preparations/variations of Biryani. I was curious about most of them, but unfortunately, there weren't any pictures available online or on the menus. I've never had (or heard of) jackfruit biryani, but we will definitely try it next time, Malabar style. We decided to play it safe and get the Malabar veg biryani, medium spicy. It was tasty, no weird veggies in it.I wish they would add pictures of the different variations or provide details of each preparation on the menu or online.“
“Momo Spot deserves a 5-star rating for its exceptional momos, offering a wide variety with both traditional and innovative fillings. The ambiance is cozy, complemented by prompt and friendly service. It's a top choice for both momo lovers and newcomers, providing a memorable culinary “
“This place is amazing indeed. My son had a Tapsilog (Tapa, Sinangag(garlic fried rice) and Itlog (egg), a well known Filipino breakfast, also Lumpia. I had Kare Kare (Peanut sauce stewed oxtail. OMG, it’s the most delicious Kare Kare I have ever tried. The oxtail just melted in my mouth, gourmet Kare Kare indeed. Presentation was awesome and customer service was excellent. It’s a hidden gem indeed. We will definitely be back for many more to try all their dishes. Though they have international cuisines , so happy that they embraced and also highlight their Filipino dishes. You will not disappoint with this restaurant. We finished our meal with Turon (Fried Banana) topped with Ice cream. Thank you for the heavenly meal. We loved it so much! We left with big smiles on our faces.“
“Saravana Palace is really good. I got the masala dosa and paneer tikka curry from here, and the masala dosa was really good, and crisp, probably because of the ghee. The paneer tikka curry was yummy, but I wish they cut down on the amount of gravy used and considered complementing the dish with bell peppers or tomatoes. Sambar was flavorful, and in my opinion, better than Woodland's.I hope to come back here.“
“What a great local restaurant!First of all the restaurant is clean and smells good even the restroom. The servant was so friendly and nice, he gave us some suggestions and helped us to pick our dishes. He brought a complimentary mango smoothie to cool off the spicy food. The food was beyond good, very delicious, fresh and the presentation was very good.We tried Indian restaurants in London but this restaurant offers a much better flavor that is so rich.Kudos to the chef.Highly recommended, specially the Rack of Lamb, yummy so delicious.“
“Agni is a simple and unpretentious South Indian restaurant in Sterling. We met for lunch during the week as we were in the mood for Dosas. We started off the meal with 2 appetizers: Pakoda and Kuzhi Paniyaram. These came with 3 different chutneys. I had never tasted the latter dish before and quite enjoyed it. For our main dishes, my friends ordered Plain Dosas and I got the mixed veg/onion Uthappam. We enjoyed our meal--every dish was freshly prepared, and brought to the table steaming hot. Shout out to our servers Vikram and Rajah, who were very efficient and friendly.“
“Amazing, definitely coming back here, food was so good!I had the lamb korma, tender meat and mild creamy sauce were just perfect, and my hubby had the tandoori chicken tikka at medium spice, which was still not too spicy for him. Rice was fluffy and amazing, I felt bad not being able to eat it all. Garlic naan was like a buttery, fluffy dream with lots of garlic, 10/10! Had keer for desert and a single portion was enough for both of us, perfect thickness and sweetness! Staff were polite, sat us immediately (arrived around 5:30 pm), and checked on us frequently. Atmosphere was calm and quiet with Indian music playing and several gorgeous paintings to look at while we picked out our food. Chandeliers were very beautiful too! Comfy, well-lit, food was the best Indian I've had in ages. Try it!!“
“The food here is amazing, it tastes just like a wow, must try Chai, Biryani's and chat items but don't miss the cool cakes especially the Butterscotch. The staff( front desk) people are crazy, I was wondering how do they handle the Rushhh mostly in the evenings. Great work guys!!!. Another appreciation >>>>Dubai Seenu the way he greets people just like a Grandpa was so sweet.“
“Had the butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, and the bread basket) featured a generous portion of 3 different kinds of bread). We sat in the smaller restaurant section up front but could see into a huge event area where they had a stage and bar and seating for over 100+. The food was piping hot and excellent! The bread was also hot and fresh The food had a nice low-key spice to it that I loved, some restaurants are catering to a blander pallet but this had a nice flavor without going overboard. I’ll be back to try one of the lunch specials. My hubby and I give it two thumbs up!Parking: In a strip mall with plenty of free parking out front“
“This is a nice little food place at the back of this grocery store. Food is just amazing. I have ordered so many times, best biryani in Fairfax. Don’t miss it if you are in town. Goat/chicken/egg are mouthwatering. Their goat is curry melts in your mouth. You can shop for grocery, also pick up food at this place.“
“Food is little over pricey but service is TERRIBLE. Server/waiter doesn't check with us after serving food. I asked servers assistant to call our server, she went to kitchen & came back & saying you can order from her. Another waiter bring our check & I asked where is our server. He said he is busy with new guests. I can make sure that I wouldn't go back again & I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to my friends & family.“
“Second time here and everyone is very friendly. Krystal was very hospitable and helpful. Krystal helped us pick out the perfect combination for our masala bowls and made sure we liked our order. Thanks for the great food and friendly staff!“
“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Royal Palm Restaurant, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by the kind owner. Their genuine passion for food and dedication to customer satisfaction was evident throughout. Now, let's talk about the food. Each dish from the buffet option we tried was bursting with flavor. From appetizers to desserts, every bite was a delight to the senses. There where many options in the buffet to enjoy and we loved it all.But what truly set this restaurant apart was the personal touch provided by the owner. Not only did they ensure that every guest felt welcomed and appreciated, but they also took the time to chat with us sharing stories behind the dishes and making us feel like part of the family. If you're looking for exceptional food in budget ,impeccable service, and the warm embrace of a kind owner who truly cares about their guests, then look no further. This restaurant is a gem, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable dining experience.“
“We recently enjoyed dining at Kebab and Chicken, and we were thoroughly impressed! The goat paya and karahi chicken we ordered were absolutely delicious, with rich flavors and tender textures. But what really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly and humble, making us feel welcome and valued. Overall, I highly recommend Kebab and Chicken for a fantastic dining experience!"“
“Great family food spot. We came here with grandparents and kids. Everything is one level so that worked well for the electric wheelchair ♿️ we have in our group. The dosas are amazing. They also have kid sized rice and biryani bowls. We had mango lassis and limcas with our meal.Parking is also very easy as there is a huge parking deck next door.Kid-friendliness: Lots of options, naan, rice, reduced spice etcWheelchair accessibility: All one level“
“Purely visited this place based on reviews and honestly speaking... This place is good..Food, service and ambience 5 stars in all departments. This will most definitely be our go to Indian restaurant. Not only was the food delicious, but the service was great!“
“Beautiful restaurant with the most delectable Indian food around. Our server, Anurag, offered delicious pairings and steered us to the best dessert, Badshah of Delhi. The restaurant itself is gorgeous and the cocktails were innovative and so tasty. Cannot wait to come back!“
