I got a chicken kathi wrap and it was simple yet glorious in flavor, texture, and ratio of the parotta to the filling. There was I believe also chatpata flavor inside the wrap which I was not used to, but it added another dynamic of flavor complexity complimenting the juiciness of the egg and chicken inside. “We loved our experience. Came for dinner with my husband and ordered several dishes. The chicken platter appetizer came out sizzling and delicious. We also enjoyed the Gobi Manchurian (sweet and spicy cauliflower appetizer). The Natu Kodi and Shrimp Curry entrees were both spicy oily and tomato-based with the perfect amount of seasoning… very rich in flavor. Enjoyed both of those dishes. My favorite entree was the paneer butter masala. Amazing sauce - similar to butter chicken sauce. I was eating the sauce with everything!! Also had an amazing Chicken Dum Biryani where the chicken was on the bottom of the rice. The garlic naan was phenomenal. Got to meet their chef Krishna who was super nice and explained some of the dishes to us. We were pleased with our meal and will be back to try out their buffet next!“

“We hired Silk Catering for our wedding at Whites Ferry Manor and we are soooo glad we did! For appetizers we had the mango spinach chaat, pani puri, firecracker shrimp and the lamb chops and WOW, everything was absolutely delicious! Our guests really enjoyed the live stations because it’s as interactive as it is delicious. For entrees, we had a variety of dishes ranging from chicken, goat, vegetarian and rice dishes with their delicious naan and salad- again, everything was phenomenal!!! SO many of our guests told us this was some of the best food they’ve had in a very long time and as the couple, that’s the best news we can hear. For dessert, we had live jalebi and falooda which were both major hits! If you’re hesitant, don’t be! We had a food tasting in May and we requested minor changes which they were very flexible and receptive of. Delicious food and we have 0 regrets!!!!“

“The price is good, and the chicken was juicy with a well-done marinade. The rice was long-grain and cooked properly, which I really appreciated. I also liked that the vegetables were grilled, not just fresh — that added a nice touch.

The downside for me was the chickpeas — they didn’t seem cooked the right way and were missing the proper spices. The portion size is on the smaller side, but considering the lower price, it makes sense.

Overall, a decent spot with some strong points, just not quite perfect yet.“

So much staff working and all of them were super helpful. They gave box of mithai to each and every customer which is a great gesture. Every small thing was available for Diwali. “Our Monday night dinner group has come back here multiple times. The smell is wonderful immediately when you walk in. The host and all staff there are super friendly and always fun to chat with. Our waiter had our whole table laughing every time we engaged with him. Everyone's orders were perfectly cooked, nice sized portions and came out very quickly. I personally love the Malaysian Iced Coffee, Roti Canai and Chicken Satay. Our group had noodle dishes, beef, lamb, seafood....all was wonderful. “Came here randomly and was really more than pleasantly surprised by the variety and depth of flavors. The butter chicken, palak paneer, and chettinad mushroom we’re all super delicious and unique in their own ways that made them stand out to me compared to other Indian Restaurant in the Henrdon area. The Parotta (paratha) was homemade and absolutely delicious and flaky. Definitely worth checking out!

They also have a buffet on the weekends from 11:30 to 2:30-You have to make reservations in advance on the hour and they fill up fast.“
