Their professionalism was exceptional— visited our venue, gave us very helpful advice about set up. They arrived exactly on time and did a fantastic job arranging and displaying the food. Our guests were wowed by the taste and tasteful presentation. Wrap up was just as thorough. Silk made sure our event was memorable and we didn’t have to worry about anything during the party. “Found our new favorite restaurant in Ashburn. Amazing flavor combinations and excellent service. I especially loved the kale and palak chaat, and butternut squash kofta. Yum.

Not only the food tastes amazing, but the staff is really friendly and welcoming and warm! I go there so often that it has started to feel like a second home. Been taking friends over too! Well, they’re addicted to the place now! ??
One of the deserts I highly recommend after the hearty food is their Mango pudding. Adding its photo too. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT MISS this soulful desert! ?“

“I really love the food from Jimisha’s kitchen! Veg Pulav, Sabudana wada any paneer curry are the best items. There are plenty items available Indo- Chinese food , Pav bhaji , kachhi dabeli are also yummy!I really impressed with quality of the food along with service and cleanliness at kitchen.I highly recommend Jimisha’s kitchen!!

“This place is one of my best discoveries in the Ashburn area. I tried the following dishes and rated them based on my taste and experience:
1. AP’s Fried Chicken - 10/10
2. Curry Leaf Chicken - 10/10
3. Mirchi Bajji Stuffed With Onion - 9/10
4. Nizamabad Ghatu Mutton Pulav - 10/10
5. Karimnagar Cashew Chicken Pulav - 9.5/10

I'll definitely be coming back for the Nizamabad Ghatu Mutton Pulav, the best pulav I've had in ages. The service is friendly, and the ambiance is decent. I highly recommend ? this place for authentic Indian cuisine. Keep up the great taste, quality, and quantity. It would be even better with the addition of Irani Chai to the menu.“
