Been years since we visited Sakura Grill in Ashburn due to Covid. We picked a bitterly cold night to visit thinking less people but when we arrived early evening jammed packed with customers and every table was packed. My wife's Birthday. We ordered lobster and chicken; chicken and shrimp; and lobster and steak. Appetizers now pretty much fixed except type of rice and no chicken livers (my favorite). Has 2 Kirins. Excellent experience! The Hibachi staff put on a great show, and the food is great!Dietary restrictions: Staff was very accommodating to my dietary restrictions (egg and shellfish allergy). They prepared my food on the grill first after cleaning to ensure no cross contamination occurred.
