Been to Guy Shige in the Mosaic District a bunch of times, and it's always a hit. This time, I grabbed some sushi, and man, it was the right move! The sushi was mega fresh, and the flavor was next level, especially with the real wasabi they grate on the spot – totally beats the regular stuff. Absolutely can not say enough about how wonderful this place is!!! Their food is impeccably tasty. Professional staff ? and the quality of the meat and fish. Loved the lobster tempura, and shrimp tempura and spicy seafood soup for apps. But really you can't go wrong.

Great food and service as always. This is imo the best Gyu place in dmv. Beef tongue and short ribs are phenomenal! Every beef we ordered is top notch quality, very juicy and tender. We love the tuna salmon yukke appetizer too!Remember to reserve in advance, gets pretty crowded during peak hours.
