“Umami 😌🤌🏻🤏🏻 every single dishes is great! The sushi was spot on!! 🍣🍜🍱 Plus first time trying “A5 Wagyu” num num num exceptional service from Thai employees!! I’m so proud of them! He asked me is it my first time here? So Yes! Then he started recommending all of those signature dishes which I was gonna ask him since the first place but he did a very good job beginning with that! Plus he was genuinely kindhearted and care for his guests. The chef(I guess)also delivered food by himself with A5 Wagyu and other stuffs for you! The music also made it a lot more enjoyable! Impressive! Gotta go back!!“

“ABSOLUTELY phenomenal. If you’re even thinking about trying Ned’s New England Deck, just go! You won’t regret it. The owner, Steve, is so personable and you can tell he genuinely cares about his business. He made an effort to talk to us (even our 4-year-old), which was really sweet and made the whole experience feel more personal. I also loved how he hyped up his staff, you can tell they’re appreciated. The food though… wow. The brown butter lobster roll was seriously amazing! The soft, flavorful bread and the lobster was so buttery and sweet. I’ve had lobster rolls before (even at the beach), and this one honestly beats them. The fried fish melts in your mouth and the truffle fries are addicting. My family and I left so impressed. The food was incredible, and Steve’s kindness just made it even better. He even shared how to make one of their sauces at home, which was such a nice gesture. So again, thank you Steve and staff for an amazing dinner & becoming our go-to seafood spot. We can’t wait to try more and checkout the playroom upstairs!“

“Just moved to the Falls Church area and this is hands down one of the best restaurants we’ve tried so far. The atmosphere is super chill, the food from Chef Malik is phenomenal and the scotch, whiskey, and bourbon selection is orgasmic.

My husband and I are sitting at bar patrons and everyone from the moment we arrived was friendly, welcoming and helpful. From Chef Malik taking time to talk the menu and how he’s designed it to Johnny behind the bar who walked us through cocktail options, everyone was just chill and super fun to be around.

We tried their Scotch Egg that was amazing, traditional but with a perfect heat level that took it over the top for us. The fish and chips are one of the best I’ve had in the DC area (only thing that would make it perfect is a side of mushy peas) and my husband who has the pallet of a toddler ordered chicken tenders and a side of fries, and both were outstanding. For dessert I did the tiramisu and my hubby had the house made bread pudding and both were delicious.

It doesn’t take much to be a successful restaurant: good service, solid cocktails. and great food, and MacMilan has all in spades.

Can’t wait to come back as a soon to be regular and to bring friends and family when in town visiting.“

“Best classic American breakfast I've had in Northern Virginian. Comes as close to what I grew up with in the Tidewater area as I have had here in NOVA. Eggs were cooked and SEASONED nicely, bacon was CRISP, potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and they were nice chunks. Ketchup had a flavor twist that was delicious. Coffee had a good flavor and the cup was huge. Prices were very competitive.“

It's a great feeling to have a restaurant in your hotel where you can have a great meal, a few drinks & zero worries. Their breakfast is from 6 am - 9 am on weekdays & 7 am - 10 am on the weekends. They also offer an evening social hour. If you're a guest of Embassy Suites their room service hours are 11 am to 11 pm, everyday including weekends.“

My family and I came here a few months ago to celebrate my husband's birthday. Before our reservation, I reached out through the restaurant's website because I have multiple severe food allergies. To my surprise, the head chef personally called me to discuss the menu. He patiently answered all of my questions, carefully documented my allergies, and assured me he could prepare my meal safely since everything is made from scratch.

He never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing the staff. That meant so much to me because dining out with severe food allergies is often stressful, and it's easy to feel like a burden. His kindness and willingness to accommodate me made all the difference.

The Simon prepared my meal safely, and it was absolutely delicious. Everyone else in our group thoroughly enjoyed their meals as well. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with live jazz music that made the evening even more special.

“We stay at this Ritz-Carlton location from time to time, and Entyse is a focal point of those visits. It’s an all-day operation, and indeed the only dining option on-property. The bartenders and wait staff are highly attentive, personable, and quick to remember your preferences. There’s usually a decent crowd, and on weekends there’s live music ranging from jazz piano to a classic hits band.

While it is definitely a lounge first and a restaurant second, there is a decently extensive menu for each breakfast, lunch and dinner with a number of tempting options. There’s also a bar menu that’s served all day and until midnight daily, which is a godsend for the weary traveler arriving late in the evening.

So many places close early in this post-Covid era that it’s great to see a proper hotel bar open late nightly.

Oh, and if you’re a wine person like I am, you’ll certainly enjoy the 25+ options offered by the glass. Although we are guests of the hotel, it’s easy to see why so many locals frequent this lounge too.“
