“We went on Saturday around 6 pm and were able to find parking. Food and service were excellent. Not very busy. However, they are known for more late night business.

Keeping this review here from December 2025 or so: 3 stars
We have been trying to go here with no success. There is never amy parking even after sitting in the parking lot for 15 mins waiting on someone to come out. Surrounding parking areas are blocked off or have towing signs posted. We will keep trying to go, however, since the reviews are good.“

“Always great food no matter when we go! And service is usually on point. After the first year of hype, we've never had a problem doing a walk-in and being seated without waiting more than five-ish minutes. However, I'd still recommend doing a reservation because you can pick your dining experience that way since Ellie Bird certainly has 4 zones of vibe. There is the bar, which has the most attentive service and I actually prefer it on weeknights, but it bumps into the waiting area and they don't really separate the two, so we've had weekend patrons reach between us while dining to order drinks while they wait for a table. The front dining room is buzzy, on theme, and what you probably are expecting if you haven't been here yet, but frequently need a reservation to get seated here. The kitchen counter seating is an interesting experience if you've never done something like that, but each time we've been there, the service has not been as attentative as the other zones. Finally there is the back dining room, which is where you are likely to get seated as a walk-in, especially on a relatively busy night. Don't fret, the food and service are just as good as the front room, but the ambiance is totally different. It feels like a lower tier restaurant back there.“

“Truly a hiddent jewel south of Old Town Alexandria. If I had been blindfolded and didn't know that I entered the establishment via the parking lot of Belle View Shopping Center I would have thought I was in an upscaled restaurant in downtown DC. This has become our favorite date night spot. Delicious food options and creative cocktails along with exceptional service (Brett) made our evening one to remember. I love a well made Old Fashioned and I wasn't disappointed. The secret ingredient of the quarter branch apple brandy took it to next level. We are looking forward to our next date night already!“

“My favorite and go-to Thai restaurant in Nova! I discovered it about a year ago and get take-out every month or few months for a cozy Friday night, and the food has been consistently great every time. They're generous with their portions, and they're also really accommodating with the little extra requests I make. My only complaint is how staggeringly expensive it is ($20 for pad thai, before extras, and you pay an addition amount for basic proteins). But, overall they're awesome!“

He asked me is it my first time here? So Yes! Then he started recommending all of those signature dishes which I was gonna ask him since the first place but he did a very good job beginning with that! Plus he was genuinely kindhearted and care for his guests. The chef(I guess)also delivered food by himself with A5 Wagyu and other stuffs for you! The music also made it a lot more enjoyable! “Outstanding restaurant & bar inside the Embassy Suites. First off, their breakfast offering is beyond reproach. Great entrees & service. The dinners are also fantastic. It's a great feeling to have a restaurant in your hotel where you can have a great meal, a few drinks & zero worries. Their breakfast is from 6 am - 9 am on weekdays & 7 am - 10 am on the weekends. They also offer an evening social hour. If you're a guest of Embassy Suites their room service hours are 11 am to 11 pm, everyday including weekends.“

“ABSOLUTELY phenomenal. If you’re even thinking about trying Ned’s New England Deck, just go! You won’t regret it. The owner, Steve, is so personable and you can tell he genuinely cares about his business. He made an effort to talk to us (even our 4-year-old), which was really sweet and made the whole experience feel more personal. I also loved how he hyped up his staff, you can tell they’re appreciated. The food though… wow. The brown butter lobster roll was seriously amazing! The soft, flavorful bread and the lobster was so buttery and sweet. I’ve had lobster rolls before (even at the beach), and this one honestly beats them. The fried fish melts in your mouth and the truffle fries are addicting. My family and I left so impressed. The food was incredible, and Steve’s kindness just made it even better. He even shared how to make one of their sauces at home, which was such a nice gesture. So again, thank you Steve and staff for an amazing dinner & becoming our go-to seafood spot. We can’t wait to try more and checkout the playroom upstairs!“

“Overall, the food was good, but there were a few areas that could have been better. The duck was very different from what we expected. We initially thought it would be a whole duck served with lavender, but it arrived as just two slices per person. While I appreciate the time and effort that goes into preparing the dish, I think the menu should provide a clearer description of what guests will actually receive. The flavor was also quite strong, even for someone who enjoys duck.

The service was less attentive than expected, and since we were celebrating a birthday, we were hoping for a little more acknowledgment. The restaurant did provide a birthday card, which was a nice gesture, but there was nothing else special for the occasion.

On the positive side, I really enjoyed the salad and the side dishes we ordered. Overall, it was a good dining experience, but the food presentation, service, and birthday experience could have been better.“

“Great fajitas; the steak was so juicy and flavorful and the vegetables (tomatoes, zucchini, onions, bell pepper) and guacamole were fresh. The chips and salsa were delicious - I’ve never had salsa served hot before and couldn’t get enough. I also liked that their queso was easy to pour. Not a huge menu, but it doesn’t need to be when what they make is done well. I’ve also had their quesadilla before and it was delicioussss. A great little Mexican spot with a nice drink menu.“
