“I judge most Peking Duck restaurants by their Peking Duck, and this was as good as you’ll find in the US! The skin was beautifully crispy, and the duck was delicious. The Scallion Bubble Bread was another standout, as were the pea shoots and eggplant dishes.

Unfortunately, the Wagyu Lo Mein and Seafood & Tofu Claypot were misses. The brown sauce-based dishes generally fell flat, lacking the depth and complexity of flavor I expected.

The atmosphere was wonderful, and the parking free. Overall, a lovely dining experience with some exceptional dishes and a few misses. I’d absolutely return for the Peking Duck!“

“I ordered for pickup so I was only able to experience in atmosphere for a short period. The dan dan noodles is one of the best that I have had in the US. The only other one that I had that was better was when I lived in China. I wish they had a location back in Boston.

“My favorite Chinese restaurant in the DMV area since I first tried ~2 years ago. Quality is always consistent and the staff are very friendly. I ONLY get takeout chinese food from Halal Hunan Tysons, even though I live in Maryland. There is only one other Chinese restaurant in my area that is good quality, but they are not Halal. The 20 minute drive is absolutely worth it in my opinion!“

“Ordered the loco moco bowl. The patty was nicely charred and the curry sauce really helped with the flavor. I think the over easy egg paired really well. I expected the veggies to be a little bland and/or dry but they were nicely steamed. Just basic veggies but enjoyable.

“Went for the first time with me and my mom. We loved it here the moment we walked in. We ordered the shrimp deluxe bento box and the steak deluxe bento box. It was so amazing and the steak practically melting in your mouth. The staff was really nice and this place was a nice place to eat at, definitely coming back in the future when we’re in the area“

“We were SO excited to try Chao Bao because we’re huge fans of Moon Rabbit, and it absolutely lived up to the hype!

The food was fantastic. We were especially huge fans of the catfish and pork belly sandwiches, so much so that we completely inhaled them before remembering to take pictures. 😂 Hence, the post-demolition sandwich photo.

The wings and spring rolls were also amazing, but seriously: do not sleep on the fries. Whatever seasoning they’re putting on them is insanely good and made them way more memorable than fries have any right to be.

Everything was packed with flavor, and you can definitely feel the Moon Rabbit DNA while Chao Bao still has its own thing going on. Already looking forward to going back and trying more!“

“I’ve been coming here for years, it’s my favorite pho spot out of everyone in the area i’ve tried. Out of the many years coming to this location i have never once had a single issue with the food or staff. The broth is amazing and so flavorful always quiet not packed. The beef bulgogi is incredibly savory and tender, and the takoyaki is the perfect crispy bite to start with. But the real star of the show is the spicy Lab No. 1 sushi, it’s my absolute favorite roll and delivers the perfect amount of heat. Huge thanks to our server, Mika, who was incredibly nice and made sure we had everything we needed. 10/10!“

He helped me and another couple get set up with the wonder app and gave recommendations on which foods to try. I highly recommend the wonder Reston location and if you get a chance to meet Labrell he will put a smile on your face and brighten your day!!“
