“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sushi On at Fair Oaks Mall, and it remains one of the best all-you-can-eat values in the area. While the dinner cost for an adult is $42 plus tax, the sheer variety and quality make it worth every penny.
The sushi selection is absolutely massive. Unlike many buffets where quality can be hit-or-miss, everything here tasted incredibly fresh. From classic spicy tuna to elaborate specialty rolls and fresh nigiri, the chefs are constantly replenishing the trays so your favorites are always available. Beyond the raw fish, there is a surprisingly good selection of other food including Korean BBQ galbi, crispy tempura, and snow crab legs. I was also very impressed by the good desserts; the made-to-order crepe station is a total game-changer and a perfect way to end the meal.
The service was exceptional. Despite being quite busy, the staff remained professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive. They were quick to clear away empty plates and kept our drinks full throughout the night. Just a heads-up for those visiting on the weekends: this place is popular for a reason, so be prepared for a wait line of about 30–45 minutes. If you want a top-tier dining experience with a staff that truly cares, I highly recommend checking out Sushi On. I will definitely be returning soon!“

The first thing that stood out was the quality, freshness and variety of ingredients that each person cooks at their seat. The setting also fosters conversation and sharing. “I went here for my birthday for the first time. I ordered the unagi don that was very delicious honestly 10/10. My family told our waitress it was my birthday and they gave me this adorable balloon rose, along with 2 slices of cake( one small cheesecake slice with yuzu, and a chocolate chestnut cake).

The cheesecake was lovely and I’m sure the chocolate one was too but I refrained since I’m allergic to tree nuts. The presentation of the dishes looked elegant and the food came out at a good time. Even if it took more time I wouldn’t mind since all the food was delicious. We came in around 2 and it was somewhat empty which I appreciated. The staff was very kind and gave us a complimentary appetizer of sweet potato tempura.“

“The service is great, the meal portions are big, the food is exceptional. Honestly, my favorite dish they serve is General Tso Chicken, but all of the dishes they serve taste good. “We’ve been going to this place ever since they opened and the food is excellent. There are many Vietnamese noodle places but hard to find a good joint. If you want a good pho noodle soup, this is the best place in Centreville. If you want to experience pho and other dishes, pho Saigon at Chantilly is the place to go. Saigon has other tasty food for people who wants different food. My family recently went there and ordered bunch of other dishes and they were all excellent.“
