Everything was scrumptious, the soup made with real broth, reminded me my childhood time, when the food was smell like real food. The lamb and chicken skewers were sooo good, i think they marinate them in a special sauce, yummy. Also their Uyghur salad and eggplant salad was extremely delicious. It made me feel like I need to move to this area of VA just for this restaurant.

Eerkin’s Laghman is excellent: the hand-pulled noodles are long, the meat is rich with spices, and the stir-fried vegetables pleasantly crunchy. Yum! And, the lamb kabobs are very tender.
