Even though they are "open" until 2PM (still closing much earlier than any other coffee shop/deli/etc), they stop making coffee around 1 and put the chairs up in their indoor dining area before noon. Seems to be some kind of franchise/upper management policy hiding behind a Covid excuse (in 2024) to make the place as unlikeable and unappealing as possible. Used to go almost every day, after checking it out again won't be back anymore

This is by far the worst bagel shop I’ve ever been to. The store was dirty and disheveled, the staff seemed like I was inconveniencing them, and they got my order wrong. I ordered three bagels - two with cream cheese and one with jelly. How can you get that wrong?? And the cream cheese portion was severely lacking. Two of them were almost dry. Ironically, the one was was supposed to have jelly had the only good amount of cream cheese. I won’t be coming back here.

Been sitting here for 45 minutes waiting for our food, staring at the staff and hanging on every name called. When we asked they had the audacity to lie and tell us they called our name. No you didn't, you are liars. Waiting for them to remake our orders still. EDIT they made our orders wrong.

I placed a "catering order" on 3/13 (2 days ahead of time), when I showed up on 3/15 at 6:20 AM, I waited just to be told that the baker forgot to bake the bagels and I would have to wait for my order if I still wanted it. The whole reason I ordered ahead of time was because I had to be at a meeting with breakfast BY 6:45AM. I asked them to cancel the order and was only refunded a portion of what I paid. Needless to say I had to figure out where to get breakfast and I was very late to my meeting. I later called Einstein to let them know that I did not receive a full refund and was told I was going to have to go back to Einstein to get the rest of my money refunded. Very frustrating, unprofessional and inconvenient. Panera bread would never.
