Been coming here for a year now and it’s my favorite Chopt location and personally I think other locations should be modeled on how spotless, clean, fresh and friendly this location is. I always get welcomed by the evening crew, especially Natalie and Claudia. They’re so kind, and remember me when I come in. They’re always ask for what modifications I would like, get my account login and super fast. Loooove it! ☀️👠

We visited this Chopt Restaurant for the first time and ordered Veggie Bowls for myself and my wife. We had a very pleasant, courteous and warm experience with the staff at this location. Food was good and it was a quite evening.

Kudos to Staff Natalie and Jack at this location for their friendly, pleasant customer service, diligence and professionalism. Very kind and nice of them both to provide detailed explanation and help during our In person Order and take...

I was so happy to find that this location was NOT using the Kiosk ordering instead of a human! I was able to go down the line and actually speak to the person making my salad and ask questions. They were very helpful and while they don't have the Kabob Cobb and all of the ingredients (no more Tzatziki dressing?!?), I was able to put something together was pretty close, but still yummy.
