“We stopped by for lunch, and the food, service, and ambiance were awesome. We were so hungry that we completely forgot to take pictures of the food. The chicken satay and drunken noodles were authentic, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed our meal and would definitely come back.“

“Chick-fil-A is of course notorious for good customer service, however THIS location is an example in customer service for all other locations. From the moment we walked in the door and getting in line a worker who was about to go on break stepped out of the way and let us go first. The cashier was very pleasant as well but what shocked me more than anything was Benjamin who was working on cleaning the interior and other odd and ends offered to get us refills and if there was anything we needed. I also observed a manger approach a customer to see how things were going while they set up for an event of some kind.

To corporate - this location is doing things right and are helping the brand names reputation excel! I hope there is some way they can be noticed for their exceptional work“

“Staff is so amazing here! I had just grabbed my bag of food and on my way out, I sprained my ankle. One of the employees, Mariel (I think was the name), and the manager Tyler were so kind and helpful to me. They got me ice and helped me to a seat and waited with me while I waited for family. So thankful for their assistance and kindness! Food was very good too, especially after all that :)“

“I went here and happened to be taco Tuesday. I got three tacos and a Jamaica drink for $10. The people were very friendly and I enjoyed talking to them in Spanish. I had a pollo, barbacoa, and asada tacos. I thought the flavors were fantastic. I could’ve used a little bit bigger slice of lime. I definitely come back here and eat.“

“Excellent evening at the Woodbridge, VA NYAJs yesterday! We were greeted by the manager Usy( I’m not good at names) who was working on clearing tables. We had a couple minute wait for our outside table. There were 3 of us and we ordered drinks and appetizers to share. Desi was our server. She was attentive and cheerful (not annoyingly so). The Bang Bang Shrimp, Potstickers and my favorite Ahi Tuna Wontons were wonderful! Cocktails as well! We all had been regulars up to about 18 months ago as the service was atrocious. So glad NYAJ is back. This is my 2nd visit in a month. Will be back soon. Kudos to the new manager and staff. Keep it up!“

We were greeted by a lovely lady Rehaam who was kind and patient. Her smile meant so much today.
The manager said hello to the kids and made a point to make sure we had everything correct.

The falafel was also excellent, I was unsure when I ripped one in half because of the color, it’s quite green, but it was so delicious. I’m assuming that’s just all the fresh herbs which I appreciate. “I was waiting for my to go order when I noticed that the manager of the day Saja (Sa Ja) was looking through each order in the bag before sealing it. I had never seen this before so I asked her why she was doing that. Her response to me was “I check to make sure that the customer has everything he or she orders. It would be unfair for them to get to the place that they were to enjoy their meal, and have something missing.” Wow! I was so impressed by that level of customer service. I’ve dined in the restaurant several times and the service, and friendliness is always the best.“

“We had a late dinner tonight (Saturday). I enjoyed my Cobb Salad so much that I forgot my purse in the restaurant when we left. As soon as we arrived home almost 20 miles away, I realized my purse was missing and it was already 9:30 PM which meant the restaurant would be closing in half an hour. My husband jumped in the car and headed back while I tried calling the restaurant. After about 4 attempts calling I finally got through and was informed my purse had been found and I could pick it up the same night. My husband got there about 2 minutes before 10 PM and was handed my purse with all its contents intact. I am so impressed with the honesty and caring manner in which this situation was handled. “My 1st time here. Not just location, but overall! I signed up for he rewards program, and earned enough for a free sandwich on my next purchase! I had the kids ham & cheese, added avocado, had tomato & lettuce, mayo, and got a water bottle, applesauce, and small cookie. The Sandwich was the perfect size, along with other items. The chairs aren't comfortable, but I guess that deters people from sitting there too long!“
