“Unbeatable Customer Care and a Magical Father’s Day Surprise

On our road trip back to New York from Florida, we stopped by this Chick-fil-A for dinner, and it turned out to be the most memorable stop of our entire trip.
The restaurant was hosting a private birthday party event when we arrived. They had completely transformed the space—the windows were covered, the lights were out, and they had created an incredible glow-in-the-dark room. The staff were deeply engaged with the parents and children, hosting games and doing face painting. It was amazing to see a fast-food restaurant bring that much joy to a local family.
Even with the private party underway, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to regular dining guests. We decided to eat outside on the patio. The food, as always, was absolutely delicious, fresh, and hot.
What truly blew me away was the manager. He went far beyond the call of duty to recognize me for Father's Day, showing the kind of genuine care and high-level hospitality that you rarely see anymore.
Chick-fil-A is famous for its service, but this specific location sets a whole new standard. We will definitely make this a mandatory stop on our next road trip...

One of the employees, Mariel (I think was the name), and the manager Tyler were so kind and helpful to me. They got me ice and helped me to a seat and waited with me while I waited for family. “Excellent evening at the Woodbridge, VA NYAJs yesterday! We were greeted by the manager Usy( I’m not good at names) who was working on clearing tables. We had a couple minute wait for our outside table. There were 3 of us and we ordered drinks and appetizers to share. Desi was our server. She was attentive and cheerful (not annoyingly so). The Bang Bang Shrimp, Potstickers and my favorite Ahi Tuna Wontons were wonderful! Cocktails as well! We all had been regulars up to about 18 months ago as the service was atrocious. So glad NYAJ is back. This is my 2nd visit in a month. Will be back soon. Kudos to the new manager and staff. Keep it up!“

“My meal was prepared well. I was a little upset to find that the rice krispie treats I purchased were stale. The serial used to make them seemed old. I ended up throwing them away. Considering they cost $3.25 each, I was not happy that I had to do this. There is a sign up that says they make them fresh each day.“

Their Stromboli was amazing —crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and loaded with delicious toppings. The balboa cheese steak, was scrumptious glad I tried it. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and provides excellent customer service every time I visit. The restaurant is clean, inviting, and has a great atmosphere for dining in or grabbing takeout. If you’re looking for great food and outstanding service in Stafford, I highly recommend giving Manhattan Pizza a try. You won’t be disappointed! “I ordered Mezeh for the first time on DoorDash. It was all tasty, OMG your pita chips are AMAZING. I enjoyed my chicken bowl quite a bit especially the crunchy chickpeas It was all great. The falafel was also excellent, I was unsure when I ripped one in half because of the color, it’s quite green, but it was so delicious. I’m assuming that’s just all the fresh herbs which I appreciate. The hummus was also excellent So glad I have tahini at home because that’s about the only thing I thought anything was missing I would definitely order from here again and I Certainly would recommend it“

“We had a late dinner tonight (Saturday). I enjoyed my Cobb Salad so much that I forgot my purse in the restaurant when we left. As soon as we arrived home almost 20 miles away, I realized my purse was missing and it was already 9:30 PM which meant the restaurant would be closing in half an hour. My husband jumped in the car and headed back while I tried calling the restaurant. After about 4 attempts calling I finally got through and was informed my purse had been found and I could pick it up the same night. My husband got there about 2 minutes before 10 PM and was handed my purse with all its contents intact. I am so impressed with the honesty and caring manner in which this situation was handled. “My 1st time here. Not just location, but overall! I signed up for he rewards program, and earned enough for a free sandwich on my next purchase! I had the kids ham & cheese, added avocado, had tomato & lettuce, mayo, and got a water bottle, applesauce, and small cookie. The Sandwich was the perfect size, along with other items. The chairs aren't comfortable, but I guess that deters people from sitting there too long!“
