I was halfway through my morning walk but forgot my water bottle at home. I stopped in to this Panera Bread location to ask for a cup of water. The Team Lead, Jessica gave me a warm/friendly greeting and happily gave me a cup for water with a smile. Exceptional customer service Jessica. Thank you.
The worker are super nice especially the one of the lady who is super nice and gives us cookies and drink
Very peaceful to sit with a friend during off hours. Can get rather loud during busier times but that's the nature of the restaurant. The staff keep everything very clean.
