I've been checking out the Q-Town spots and this one was a win.Fresh food made thenway you want it. I ordered a taco salad that came in a crispy shell. They made the shell while we waited. You pick what toppings you want (like QDoba or Moes). My wife got the taco bowl (same thing no shell). We also tried the tortilla soup. The taco salads were great. Best Mexican I can remember eating. Incredible fresh and generously sized tortillas. I had salad bowl with tortilla fried first to shape - amazing! Then the simple fresh ingredients were sooo good.
