Snack wrap was the worst/ driest I have ever had from any fast food joint. Absolutely zero ranch dressing on it. Say hello to the lady at the counter and she looks at me like I called her a bad word. Terrible customer service.
This was my 3rd time going to this Wendy's operated under new management via the drive-thru. The woman taking orders is always providing service with a smile, patient to ensure the order is correct and very customer-service oriented! The service was quick! The food is served fresh and hot! The egg yoke is not overcooked. The bacon is crisp and the biscuits taste homemade! Bought extra sandwiches to eat for 2 days since they still taste great after reheating in the microwave!...read full review

Wendy's is a popular spot known for consistently good food, especially the Daves Double. Customers often enjoy their meals, like the berry frosty and nuggets, although some have experienced issues such as partially cold food or missing items. The location usually provides a positive experience, but there have been concerns about the hours and communication, as some found the "24 hours" banner misleading when it was closed or not open late. The restaurant's bathrooms were out of order, which was inconvenient for those needing to wash up after eating. Despite occasional service hiccups, staff members are generally helpful, as seen when a manager quickly resolved a drive-thru mistake. Overall, Wendy's remains a favorite for many, with friendly service and tasty meals.
