Slowest Shake Shack I’ve ever experienced. Takes over 20 mins for a single burger with no one in line. Employees are rude and could care less while arguing with each other. Management is just as bad. I’d say do better, but it would just fall on deaf ears. Save yourself the hassle and just order ahead.
I always eat here and the food is amazing. The only problem is that today is Christmas Day and I left starving just to eat here just to find out it's closed. Why can't you guys close more late. I am hungry and this is the only good place here in MGM. How am I supposed to eat? I can't eat. Cuz you guys close so early. Guess not coming here next year since y'all so strict on hours
