So my boyfriend and I are in my moms platinum account and when I went to get food from here on her $500 voucher they needed to see her ID but she lives in Vermont so she had to send me her ID when every other place was OK with using my ID because my name is on the room that she bought it not to mention that the girl at the register looks like she genuinely hates her job and refused to service, then refused to call the person who would I’ve been here before but it’s never been this bad. The staff was rude condescending and if it wasn’t for the food I wouldn’t be back

Slowest Shake Shack I’ve ever experienced. Takes over 20 mins for a single burger with no one in line. Employees are rude and could care less while arguing with each other. Management is just as bad. I’d say do better, but it would just fall on deaf ears. Save yourself the hassle and just order ahead.

I ordered burger with no bacon. They still decided to improvise and add bacon to my meal. I don’t eat bacon due to health reasons. Please deal with this information
WORST Service ever at any shake shack I have gotten, so I had to write this review. I ordered shakes to go on the app. I got a text saying my order is completed so I asked the guy for my order, he said it’s coming. I waiting 15 more minutes for my shakes, asked the guy again and he looked at me and rolls his eyes. I literally point at my order sitting on the table and ask him for my order and he finally checks the order tab said “you just ordered shakes?” I said yes I’ve been waiting here for 20 mins for shakes which was done in 5 mins. There was only 3 people there 9:45pm at night.
"Add fresh avocado for $1.99."Might be the most disappointing 1.99 avocado I've ever encountered.

Disgusting place I used to spend at least $100 a day no more I will never go over there again workers very very, very rudeIncluding their manager my kids like Shake shack every day I will go to anywhere else I don’t know who is the owner for this place but I will tell him you need to fire everybody over there before you lose your business.
