Service is awesome! Food was greatful
Amazing meal and outstanding service.
I am from Baltimore and never noticed an outlet here in National Harbor around DC. I walked around and did some shopping and decided to stop by Johnny Rockets from getting a little hungry and came in the waiter who I believe was the manager greeted me and everything all I basically got was Milkshake and fries then he gave me a free water cup to go! Now the atmosphere 10/10 huge props to that especially for it being a restaurant at an outlet mall. Johnny Rockets deserve some credit...read full review

The portions are massive, which justifies the slightly high prices. Although they may run out of certain items, the staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring timely orders. The milkshakes, especially the Oreo milkshake and the best strawberry & banana shake, are highlights, making it a great spot to return to. The restaurant is very clean and offers a tasty lunch option for shoppers at Tanger outlet. Overall, it is a wonderful place to enjoy food and service, although some customers feel the food quality could be improved for the price.
