I had such a great experience at the IHOP on Oxon Hill Road! Xavier provided warm, friendly, and genuinely courteous service from the moment I walked in. You can tell when a team takes pride in what they do, and it showed everywhere.

The bathroom was spotless, and even the back room floor area was incredibly clean. To me, a clean restroom is always the biggest sign that a restaurant’s standards are on point across the board.

Honestly, I’m usually complaining about how I’m treated by people in the service industry around PG County, so today was a really pleasant surprise. It felt good to be welcomed with kindness, professionalism, and positive energy for a change.

I usually visit this location in the evening, and there’s also a tall male manager there who always makes me feel valued and welcomed as well. It starts at the top, and you can absolutely see the leadership reflected in the team and the environment.

Kudos to Xavier and the entire staff for making customers feel appreciated and cared for. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!“

I instantly thought, "We will be completely protected inside if there is a riot between the police and gangs outside." “It's one of the few places that you can still buy a turkey burger and the home fries are pretty good when you order breakfast. The only problem in the area is the expansion of bike Lanes which has depleted parking that has been available for years. And it's standing room only no seating but they serve you pretty fast considering how busy they are.“

“On 12 Dec, I visited the IHOP O'Donnell drive in forestville Maryland, this was the first time that I have experienced such poor service. I placed my order with the waitress Joybeth: a brown crispy waffle with the butter melted on the side, a Salisbury steak with onions and mushrooms in gravy and a cup of featured cocoa. I asked that my food and drink be bored out all at the same time. That did not happen... I first received a waffle that was not full and wasn't completed with butter cold on top, then I had to wait another 10 minutes for the Salisbury steak. So by the time my food came the waffle was cold I sent it back. When I finally got all my food I still had not received my beverage. I watched this young lady go to other tables... one guy asked for butter and he got it just like that. Another one asked for napkins, they got the napkins just like that, so I'm still waiting on my cocoa to go with my food. By the time I started eating the steak was cold. I left a dollar tip. Worst service I ever had in my years going to IHOP“
