“Update: It is still a favorite destination for Sunday brunch. There has been staffing changes but they are still friendly and great with children. When I order a special side, like sauteed spinach, the portion size has shrinked. Wait times are still reasonable even when it is busy and you do not have to wait long for your food. This is a location that can accommodate groups.“

I don't know why I often think that IHOP is nothing special. This is so wrong because my past dining experience with IHOP is always positive. The most recent, steak tips and eggs, was one of the best meals that I have had in a while.

“This is a tidy little cafe with a nice selection of healthy eats. I had a falafel wrap with a side of spinach and potatoes and a green smoothie. They have a wide range of options, from their popular chicken shawarma wrap to chickpea or salmon salads, and fresh pressed juices. What stood out to me was the fantastic service. The owner made great suggestions based on my dietary restrictions. It’s a great place to unwind, and a welcome spot im the neighborhood.“

At this point Kia assisted me and she was very hospitable and welcoming. But what impressed me the most was the cleanliness of tje restaurant. I often get nervous allowed my daughter to use public restrooms, but this one was very clean and Kia stood at the door while I went in to assit my daughter to clean herself and get dress. A definite 10/10 experience. I'll be back!“

“One of the best bagels I’ve ever had. Most definitely would reccomend. I had an everything bagel toasted and was only $2.75. There is also free water there and honey, etc. Nice atmosphere with a window to see the cats at the next door cat cafe. Prettt aesthetic seating location and many options that are very reasonably priced.“

I’ve had many of their sandwiches and some of their soups. I’ve always been pleased. I particularly like the spicy sandwiches.

Yes, the options were limited but overall everything was good. The place was pretty empty, and there was no one at the front desk so we had to walk in and find someone to seat us. Also, the sign says 18% auto gratuity added for parties of 6 or more, but we were a party of 2 and they added it anyway. Overall, for the price, it was worth it.“

The first thing we noticed as we got closer to the entrance was that all of the windows in this property had steel bars covering them. I instantly thought, "We will be completely protected inside if there is a riot between the police and gangs outside." “On 12 Dec, I visited the IHOP O'Donnell drive in forestville Maryland, this was the first time that I have experienced such poor service. I placed my order with the waitress Joybeth: a brown crispy waffle with the butter melted on the side, a Salisbury steak with onions and mushrooms in gravy and a cup of featured cocoa. I asked that my food and drink be bored out all at the same time. That did not happen... I first received a waffle that was not full and wasn't completed with butter cold on top, then I had to wait another 10 minutes for the Salisbury steak. So by the time my food came the waffle was cold I sent it back. When I finally got all my food I still had not received my beverage. I watched this young lady go to other tables... one guy asked for butter and he got it just like that. Another one asked for napkins, they got the napkins just like that, so I'm still waiting on my cocoa to go with my food. By the time I started eating the steak was cold. I left a dollar tip. Worst service I ever had in my years going to IHOP“

“It's one of the few places that you can still buy a turkey burger and the home fries are pretty good when you order breakfast. The only problem in the area is the expansion of bike Lanes which has depleted parking that has been available for years. And it's standing room only no seating but they serve you pretty fast considering how busy they are.“
