Five Stars. Came to Old Hickory at Gaylord National for lunch and had an amazing experience. The burger was cooked to perfection, and the crab sandwich was spectacular. Highly recommend checking them out for lunch. We will definitely be back.
The restaurant was clean and quiet. The food was good. The service was less than good. The bartender the evening before was pleasant and efficient. Our server on Sunday morning was very slow and didn't listen to requests. She then disappeared for about 30 minutes.
