Taco Bamba Springfield is a go-to spot for bold, creative tacos with tons of flavor. The food is fast, high value, and consistently flavorful. The menu is unique with solid portions, including the recommended arabe taco and the Bamba salad. The meat is well cooked and the tacos are interesting, though the corn tortillas have the flavor and texture of store bought ones and the guacamole needed salt and lime. Margaritas are great. The staff is excellent and works fast to serve at the bar area and all tables. Jeremy is a really cool, quick, and efficient bartender. The atmosphere has a lively vibe with music playing, though the AC had issues and music was random; the AC appears to be up and running as of last week. Can get busy and a bit pricey, but overall worth it for something different from typical taco spots.
