Second Taco Bamba I've been to. Food quality was good, but almost everything else missed the mark. I never saw a single employee in the dining area wiping down tables, and they all felt sticky. AC was either broken or not up high enough for a packed night. And it was crazy loud, we could barely hear our conversation across the table. Would I eat again at Taco Bamba? Yes, but not this location.

If you want tacos with what I feel is a uniquely American take on them, and it doesn't try to hide that fact, then yes... this place is what you need. The food is fantastic. Order 3 or 4 tacos and call it a meal. The shrimp one is great; the brisket one is great; there's also one that I remember being extra spicy and its great.
