I'm astounded, impressed even at the consistency with which this restaurant misses items for takeout orders. Without fail they forget something. Today it was the tortillas to my fajitas. But the food is good

Chuy's is a great restaurant with excellent food, including a Tres Leches cake. Many are big fans and find the service and food is always good. However, there are consistent issues with orders, especially for takeout and delivery meals. Items like salad dressing, sauce on a burrito, and caramel drizzle are frequently missing, even when paid for. In the bar, orders can be wrong, lukewarm, or have extra charges for items not received. Service can be very slow, making customers feel forgotten. While the restaurant is kid-friendly with a kids menu and coloring pages, parking in the mall can be difficult when it is packed.
