Absolutely love Chuys. We travel all the way from DC and walk from the metro to come here. Everything tastes exactly like it did at the Chuys back in Texas. Always friendly service and tons of leftovers.
They were super, super busy (had to wait for 2 hours for a table). Apparently, they do not serve any shrimp at all in any of their menu selection. My tortilla soup was cold (too hungry to complain & to wait again). The Steak Fajitas were good. The Margarita drink was awesome even though my original order was Strawberry Margarita, they ran out of strawberries (you'd think that since it's Cinco de Mayo & they know it will absolutely be busy, they would order enough...
I don't usually go out of my way to type up a review somewhere, but our server was so exceptional today that I had to. Orlando thought of everything we might need and provided it. When servers go above and beyond it takes an experience from good to great. The food was delicious and the decor was fabulous. Definitely will return.
