Wowowow so I've been to Chuy's many a time. But this location in particular is awesome. I made a mistake on my end ordering through their online portal and it went to a different location. I came in and waited at the front for my order until a staff member walked up to me. I regret not reading his name tag bc he was very helpful and kind. He asked me about my order and I told him I had already been helped and was just waiting on my pickup order. He went to the back looking for my order and informed me it wasn't there. I showed him my receipt and he notified me I mistakenly ordered at Fairfax. Whoopsie daisy, I was willing to go drive there, but lucky for me, he already brought out a manager who had contacted Fairfax to cancel my order. I reordered my food, and then within LITERALLY 5 minutes I had my order. It was amazing service.Like I said, I regret not getting the waiters name. He has reddish blonde hair, tall (like 6"), blue eyes, and overall a gentleman.The front desk people were hilarious too and kept me entertained while I waited.

This food was horrible! I ordered the burrito combo and a cheese enchilada. There was no refried beans, the rice was tasteless and cold (as if it was from previous day). The enchilada was thrown together and the sauce was burnt. If I can say one good word about this meal is that it is gone. I shall not purchase again. I should have gone to Anita's.Vegetarian options: My whole meal was vegetarian but was not appealing.

We did take out. The place is spacious. The service was quick. I ordered food for my hubby. He gets the shrimp quesadilla and said it was good. The salsa was awesome but spicy, which is not bad if you like spice. The chips were fresh.

I worked with the Chuy’s staff on planning a very special going away celebration for a co-worker with about 20 guests. From the interactions with Jimmy and Jordan over the phone to the amazing servers we had all night, it was a 10/10 experience. Everyone was beyond accommodating and no one had an empty drink at any point. It’s rare to find such kindness and we are very grateful everyone at Chuy’s contributed to making it such a memorable evening! Thank you!
