“I wanted a salad with carbs on the side. We got the Cobb salad and loaded cheese fries and it was all so delicious. Loved this hearty salad and had a couple of fries as well. This is my new favorite place for a salad. And they were super generous with the dressing. I love this restaurant and staff. Definitely recommend!! We have also gotten wings and most of the appetizers. I have never gotten anything we didn’t love.“

“I am hesitant to get wings anywhere because everytime I ask for well done, they come soggy and chewy and gross. I took a chance and he said that'll be 20 min. No problem waiting for what I want. I waited and took the wings to go. They were perfect. Even sauced up they were crunchy and cooked thoroughly. I will definitely go back if I'm in the area. Didn't try anything else but the wings were good and the kicking bourbon and honey garlic sauces were tasty.“

“The food here was very good, and I'm a pretty firm grader. There used to be a Bon Chon here. I was bummed when it closed. I was very excited to see this place open but it took us a while to get in here. The wings are very good. I had the Ooh Soo signature sauce. The fries are good. The side of fried rice was a little bland, but it was a free side, so I'll just stick with the fries in the future. There are other sides I haven't tried yet. They also have some classic favorites like catsu and bulgogi. My wife had the bulgogi and said it was very good. The only reasons I knocked them down a peg were the fried rice and the meal was a tiny bit pricey for what it was, but what isn't these days? I noticed they had lunch specials, so that might help on the price next time. Oh, and the service was very helpful and friendly. As for the ambiance, it's basically the same as the Bon Chon was before.“

“Vocellis is my usual it’s chain in the NoVa area. Especially for a late night pie. The gentleman who runs the shop in the evenings does a heck of a job making pizza. The order status is accurate and it’s always delicious and fresh. I did get shorted some cannolis once. Partially my fault for not checking my receipt getting excited to chow down on a tasty za. I always order take out vs delivery so I can’t speak to quality of that. Vocellis is one of very few spots in NoVA who does thin crust right. I would be very interested in their take of St. Louis style pizza if they ever gave it a shot.“
“My late night go to on doordash. Honey old bay wings have never done me wrong on any day or night and this location is consistent. I do wish the ranch was actually good and the fries not soggy, but they get the main dish piece right. The later the order, the slower but it's pretty expected for the lack of non fast food late night options. I'll continue being happy with 1am wings!“
“(I ordered DoorDash) I ordered the 1/2 Chicken Meal, with onion rings, fries, a side of cheese fries, and jalapeno poppers.The food was packaged wonderfully, and was nice and hot on arrival.Inside of the jalapeno poppers container, there were five chicken wing sized jalapeno poppers. This would be my first time trying jalapeno poppers. It was a generous portion of half a jalapeno and significant filling, to compliment. They honestly weren't too hot and I rather enjoyed them.Inside of the container for the rotisserie chicken, fries and onion rings, there were a few pieces of chicken and six onion rings.The chicken had a beautiful herb-like taste to it. The chicken skin was soft and easily torn apart. The chicken meat was tender and able to be pulled away easily, while at the same time remaining juicy and flavorful. The pieces included in the half chicken were the leg, thigh, breast, and wing.The onion rings were a lovely beer-battered type, with light fluffy crunchy breading and a nice tender onion inside. This is my favorite way to get them. These are not the cheap style crunchy-crisp ones with a hard exterior shell.Inside of the container for the cheese fries there was a generous portion of cheese and fries with the cheese being evenly spread across the top of all the fries. The cheese fries were lovely. The fries were cooked just right and the cheese had just a slight hint of a spiced kicked to it, while remaining in the background on the edges of your tongue, not a full-frontal heated assault.On the downside, The meal didn't come with any napkins or utensils. Though with this kind of meal you shouldn't necessarily need it - but it would have been nice to see that it was included, as an option...Overall, the meal was enjoyable and I would highly recommend it to anybody looking for a new rotisserie chicken place. This one is a win in my book!“

“We were very impressed with our experience at Smokey Bones! We made arrangements for a small family reception after my Brother in laws funeral. We spoke with Nicole a few days in advance to reserve an area separate from the restaurant and she walked us through the catering menu and helped create a wonderful buffet. When we arrived for the reception, everything was ready! The food was hot and delicious! Jenna was our server and did a fantastic job with our large party. She was kind, friendly, and efficient. Nicole, the general manager came by frequently to check on everything to make sure everything was running smoothly. When we were ready to leave, the Smokey Bones team made sure our leftovers were packed up and ready for us. Nicole even offered to carry out the bags!
