“I ordered online 6/16/2025 but when I got the email I messed up the order. I called the number provided and one of the employees helped me change it.
They had already started making the pizza but he was friendly, professional and apologized for a lengthy wait on the phone. When I arrived to pick up he again addressed my issue and even gave me a coupon for future purchases.
I drove from an appointment in Lorton, passing at least 10 or more pizza places. Dale city Pizza Hut employees are professional and always willing to help. Special appreciation for Amran and Mo who made my experience today 06/16/25 very pleasant. We are delighted with this store!!!!“

“I’ve been coming here since I was a child, and the quality has consistently been excellent. The food is always 10/10, and the customer service is friendly, respectful, and welcoming. The staff is attentive and always willing to help if there is ever an issue with an order. I recently brought a friend here for the first time, and we both absolutely loved the food. The prices are also very reasonable for the portion sizes you receive!! This is the spot if you want good portions and decent prices!!!“

“I got the spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles, baked Mac and cheese with the banana pudding for dessert. The sandwich with the red sauce 8.8/10 nice healthy pieces of chicken, the Mac and cheese 9.2/10 the top was nice and crispy and the cheese was super creamy. Now the Banana pudding 9.8/10 nice thick pudding not watery at all the wafers were perfect bringing my total score to 27.8/30. the portions are well balanced!! Yeah I plan on returning to try 3 more random items from the menu“

“Im very happy with this restaurant. The lamb kebob was excellent. Super soft bread and they're very accommodating. I even almost forgot my cheese cake because of how full i was and they reminded me before leaving. Very nice & friendly people. I will be coming back again :)“

“Such an amazing hidden gem! Hashtag Gyro & Subs has quickly become one of my favorite food spots. Everything is always fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The gyro meat is seasoned so well, the subs are packed with flavor, and the portions are more than worth it.
What really makes this place stand out is the consistency and customer service. Every visit feels welcoming, fast, and professional. The staff works hard and it truly shows in both the food and the overall experience.

“Ordered carryout but my order was delayed due to an issue in the kitchen. I was very happy with the service I recieved. They kept checking in on us and updated us on our food, even offered us extra for the wait. I was very pleased with how they handled the situation. “The man who served us was just the most kind and gracious person ever. He helped us with the menu and went out of his was to get us plates and silverware because we mentioned we were from out of town and going back to our hotel. The food is just incredible. I got the cheesy corn dog and the cheesy pork katsu and both were just divine. If I lived closer I would 100% be a regular customer. Definitely recommend this place!“

“Came here in the middle of the day with my partner and the vibe was laid back, fun shows on the tvs and really chill music. Our server was amazing, brought us the menus and briefed us on the specials, Kumor I believe his name was. Awesome guy!
When our food came out we couldn’t believe our eyes! And our stomachs loved it even more. Our nacho appetizer to spit was huge and amazingly flavorful and my chicken was out of this world.
Attached pics of both and we will definitely be back. Also my partner said their Thai tea was some of the best he’s had!“

“DON’T RECOMMEND! We ordered a pizza for pickup. They didn’t mention that they were down an oven. My husband waited at the store for 1/2 hour, only to find out that they had cancelled our order. Not even an apology. We’ve been fairly regular customers for years and we try to shop small business, but never again.“
