“Let me start simply, food is GREAT! Ordering was a bit of a pain. You place your orders online and it’ll have to be a few days in advance. They open up orders for the week on Sunday, but the earliest opening will be Tuesday (and openings dry up fast). They will be sold out for the week by Wednesday. So plan ahead. I had the Birria Quesadillas The Birria is incredible. The serving sizes are huge. I ate off one quesadilla for a few meals and I loved every bite Definitely going to have to make this a regular“

“Authentic Latin American food truck. It looks like your basic gas station taco truck, but it is run by a nice elder lady who does all the cooking and it is FREAKING DELICIOUS! “Super legit taqueria and pupuseria truck at the Exxon station with delicious tacos and (I'm certain) great pupusas. I was taking the car through emissions at lunch time and so I stopped up here for two carne asada tacos and they came with lots of cilantro, onion some radishes, carrot, slivers of jalapeño, and both salsas roja and verde. The salsas were excellent and the tacos were total chef's kiss perfection. I will have to come back to try their pupusas and curtido sometime soon. Delicious!“

I love that with a menu brimming with authentic Vietnamese dishes, they also offer a tempting array of vegan and exotic options. It's a great addition to the modernized Takoma Park.“

I’ve been coming to 193 Barbecue for over ten years, and it’s still my favorite spot. The quality has never changed — it’s always consistent, always fresh, and always hits the spot. Their steak is honestly the best I’ve ever had, perfectly cooked every single time.

“Open late and everything tasted so fresh and authentic! We were looking for something to eat late on a Sunday night and a friend recommended Picamas since they lived nearby. I ordered the chicken burrito and it was so good. The tortilla was really soft and the chicken was so flavorful and went really well with the rice and veggies in the burrito. The owner was so friendly and they really made an effort to prepare our meal for us. Overall great food and we’ll definitely be coming back!“

“The service is fantastic, order is taken by the sweetest lady ever who brings a smile to my face every time. From the time I had the tacos, I came back every single day for lunch because they were so good, and only recently lowered the frequency solely for the purpose of my self imposed budget and diet. I crave this place constantly and it's so good - love all of their tacos, and their soups are consistently good.

“Carlos and Kevin took great care of us. The lavender blueberry margaritas and food were excellent! I went with the Lomo a lo Pobre which had tender steak, crispy and fluffy fries, sautéed veggies, fried egg and plantain. There wasn’t a grain of rice left when I was done.
