friendly service... and tasty icecream sundays.
Ice cream is good as always. the issue is with local store staff and policies. I always get a mixed shake with 2 flavors, something even advertised by BR as far back as 2019. On this visit, I was told by store employees they can not mix flavors on milkshakes. Don't know if it's just this franchise location doing this, but if it's nationwide, it is a real disappointment. Will have to check other locations and see, maybe even reach out to corporate and see if this policy is real
I am always disappointed with this location. The ice cream is always soft. Replace your freezer please!!!!!
