“I had to update my review thanks to the young lady who assisted us on the morning of the last day of school. The kiddo wanted to take doughnuts to her homeroom class and DD was the place to be to make the magic happen. She was patient and understanding as the kiddo literally selected each doughnut for the three dozed we procured. She was clear with the young lady that she did not want three boxes of randos and surprisingly she took it in stride and was a real pleasure. While she was doing that, I noticed that the changing menu screen had a promo for a $2 iced coffee if you show your smart trip card so I dug in my wallet and found my card. Although she was clueless on how to ring it up, she went and got the manager to make sure it was right and then proceeded to make my Butter Pecan Iced Coffee with sugar, no cream and let me tell you it was a dream come true, as if the ice cream was scooped then turned into a liquid all for my coffee!!! Needless to say I was in coffee heaven to the point, I think I will get another tomorrow! She was the inspiration behind this review update, she has the customer service down pat, which most times is a hit or miss at this location.“
“I did not have the pleasure of hanging out with my nephew this weekend because I had to work. however, I was fortunate enough to stay up with him and play video games all night together. So that we did and when we got tired we decided to hit up this legendary 24 hour Baskin Robbins and Dunkin combo place I been hearing about . I was nervous about bothering whoever had the misfortune of being there all night and had to take our order. Boy was I wrong though. Doughnuts were still soft and tasty and cotton candy ice cream was delicious. Not only did we get great snacks but We also got service with a smile and went back the next day because my nephew said he was "so cool" ?. I regret not grabbing his name but this will be tradition from now on. Thanks to the gentleman and I hope someone tells him good job. See you next weekend ?“
