“The best way to judge a business is how they react when a mistake is made. This Baskin-Robbins location passed with flying colors. When I arrived to pick up my cake, it was not ready. It seems they forgot to make it. The person at the cash register told me to pick out any cake. There wasn't what we ordered (it was a custom cake for a special occasion). He said not to worry and gave me a quart of the correct ice cream. He also took the cake back and added the custom message. This location is also a Dunkin and he insisted (despite me trying to refuse) to give me a half dozen doughnuts . I wouldn't hesitate to come back (there have been no issues in the past) and you should give them a try as well. Just a bit of a warning--try to time your visit when Quince Orchard Highschool is not about to start or finish as the shopping center can get busy with cars and the location full of hungry high schoolers.“
“Store is a combo with Dunkin' Donuts. Quite the bit of real estate at the shopping center! I think the staff works both sides though. Went to get ice cream cake. Picked one out of the freezer case. There were quite a variety to choose from. They were all nicely decorated, but wanted to add happy birthday to the one we picked out. The cake was a little on the smaller size, but one of the folks behind the counter said they could fit happy birthday and a name. We were surprised by how well it fit and how nice it looked!Staff was friendly. Store was clean. Lots of ice cream flavors available in the case. I zoned in on my favorites, but skipped getting a scoop cause we had ice cream cake! Would visit this shop again!“
