Baskin Robbins in Alexandria

“Made a mobile order to pickup in the store. It located at the southeast corner of the shopping building. There were fair amount of complimentary parking spaces in front of the building. There were five tables for indoor seating. Our orders were ready earlier than the time of promise. The mongo and berry two-scoop sundae was good as usual. The lemon and cookies cream two-scoop sundae had all toppings as ordered. Highly recommended.“

“So I have been coming to this Baskin-Robbins I wanna guess close to 30 years. We used to come on field trips there from the school behind it named Calvary Road when my children were little and my oldest is 32 now Anyway, they’ve always been fantastic. I think the owner’s name is Joy, she is just the nicest cutest lady. So I ordered a cake a few days ago. I’ve been really ill and realized today was the day I was supposed to pick it up So I called up to the store and a young gentleman named Caden answered the phone. I asked him for a weird favor and I guess he checked with Joy to make sure it was ok. But he was genuinely the nicest young man that I have encountered in a long, long time. He wished me a happy birthday and was just so sweet. He literally made my day. So not only does this location have great ice cream, I mean come on it’s Baskin Robbins, but the owner and the employees are just so nice. Joy, you’re lucky to have him working there Thank you both for making my day🙂🙂🙂“

“Was craving ice cream so I wanted to order for my mom and I. We both love rum raisin and didn’t want to get out of the house. So we decided to Uber eats some. However we noticed there wasn’t a rum raisin option and we knew they had it from ordering it prior to today so we called and the nice guy who answered told me a flavor to order and he’d replace them when they came in. Overall great service“
