McDonald's is a restaurant that offers a variety of customer experiences. Some customers have experienced issues with their orders, such as specific requests not being fulfilled and feeling inappropriately charged. The customer service, managed by a staff member, has been noted as needing improvement in attentiveness to customer requests. Despite this, the restaurant has been praised for its friendly customer service and consistently good food. The playground inside is very popular with children. One customer mentioned that a delivered burger was the best they've ever had, praising the quality of the food. The team at this location is recognized for their ability to keep orders fresh and correct, along with their pleasant attitude and multitasking skills. However, the restaurant could benefit from an upgrade to better handle the crowd, especially during busy times. Customers often face long wait times but appreciate the efforts of the staff and look forward to returning. The manager is highly regarded for her professionalism and friendliness, often making things right when issues arise. The restaurant can be crowded and sometimes has loiterers both inside and outside, which can contribute to longer waits. Overall, many customers enjoy their visits and value the quality of food and service when it is at its best.
